Great experience tonight! They were busy but still greeted me from the kitchen. I asked for an order change after I had already placed one at home (if they hadn’t already made it of course) they were super friendly and accommodating!
Placed order at 9:45 for pickup at 11:15. Lunch break 11:30-12. Got there at 11:31, order not ready, store FILLED with flies, and two orders placed by other patrons while I was there went out before mine was even started. I was there until 11:40, and had 10-15 minutes to scarf down a meal and get back to class. I understand they open at 11 and want to address customers in store, but order-aheads need to be addressed as well, bc students are always on a strict time crunch. Thats WHY we place it ahead of time...
Employees and kitchen are filthy. Neglected to tell me they were waiting on a truck delivery to start my order and let me wait 30 minutes to even let me know they hadn’t started it yet.
Honestly, I would not recommended going to this establishment. This is the first and last review I will ever write because I feel as if my voice was not heard.First and LAST time I will ever walk into the place.Walking in, I expected for someone to take the counter, greet me, and take my order. No the girl on the counter was on the phone arguing with a customer over the fact they had to pay over the phone. That's just so unsafe.So once she finally takes my order. I sit and I wait. I wait over 40+ mins for my food and end up leaving without my money or food.When I demanded a refund, instead of doing everything in his power, the assistant manager looked at me and said, "I will be making nothing for you." And walked away.So if you want to spend your money and get nothing, be my guest.
Waited over one hour for food for one person - my husband asked what was going on after one hour, and was told the food is about to start cooking and will be 13mins. Absolutely terrible service and attitude from employees.
We had a pleasant experience at Wing Stop off Ryan. The workers were pleasant and attentive. It took a little longer to get the food because we guessed they were fulfilling call in or waiter app orders, lol. Either way the wings were hot and flavorful and the fries were hot and good especially with their sauce. This was my first time there, my husband and I ate there for about $27. It was good and we will go back. Thank you,
This Wingstop experience has been a terrible one. Not only did we wait 45 minutes for our food, they forgot our fries initially and in our 24pc family meal they divided up our sauces as 12 habanero, 11 mild, and ONE plain wing. ONE wing in its own box. Ridiculous. When I approached the counter about it, the girl working the counter laughed and went to the back and told them and a gentlemen approached laughing and stated he thought that’s what we wanted. Unprofessional, slow, and overall a terrible time. Everybody in the establishment this evening was visibly annoyed with their service.

I went to wing-stop on Ryan street and it was no point of telling them what I wanted. They gave me what THEY wanted. There is no way to call the establishment. I’m so upset!! I waited over 45 minutes just to get my order taken. According to Eric DoorDash was priority!! Then I waited another 30min for them to prepare it and this is not what I ordered. Money that I work hard for wasted. I asked for FLATS, I got classic. I asked for MILD AND GARLIC PARMESAN, I got mild and that’s it. Smh I ordered half mild to see if I could eat it. Guess what I’m going to bed hungry. Thanks wing stop
I love this location and their wings are always delicious, but sorry to say their service is TERRIBLE. Staff is very inattentive and unfocused and appear to be getting worse by the visit. An hour to wait for 3 wings with fries is unreasonable at ANY establishment, regardless of shift.
