Arrived at the location at 11:00 pm. Online they claim to have their drive thru open till 1 am. Complete LIES. They closed the store early and refused to serve me. Also refused to answer the phone and talk to me like a human being. EPIC FAIL.
Trying to understand why no one is answering the drive thru speaker at 10:15 pm? Are they closed? There are 5 cars in line including myself.
Do not go to this place it has to be the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Lobby closed all the time so you are forced to do drive-thru. They purposely only serve 1 customer at a time. Wait time in line is 20 to 30 minutes. Employees will not take your order untill the car ahead of you has ordered & payed then received their food. Once that happens maybe they will ask you to order. The entire time you are at speaker box you watch it all play out. No one cares,no one offers to apologize nothing. You are lucky if your food isn't cold,missing orders, or just plan gross. Epic fail on Employees,Management,District Management, & also Owners. ? Just another example of lazy bums just looking for a handout at the customer's expense. 2 thumbs way down!!! Shut this dump down...
worst ever didn't give me all my food that I order so I went back and they tried arguing with me about it not going back again
First you can tell the person taking our order didn't want to be there. We told her 3 times we needed an additional large fry. The salad was 8 dollars and absolutely wasn't worth getting. A waste of money. We get our food and the extra 3.00 fries we asked for was still not in the bag so we had to wait even longer for her to fix and bring it out to us. Never will stop there again.
Still trying to figure out how they’re still in busy. Every time you go it’s about a 30 to 45 minute wait to get even get your order taken that’s even if they allow you to order. You get to the speak sometimes they’ll great you something they won’t even say anything and just let you sit at the speaker until you drive off.
I took a rider to wendies, he offered to get me some food, I've always hated wendies because of their terrible food, but I was surprised bye their food this time. Their food was really good this time, everybody needs to go to wendies again.

I don't know who did what at this location but...THANK YOU! I used to avoid this location because the customer service was horrible. But now it's fantastic! New friendly faces and always cheerful.
Staff inside 30 min after open time but no service. We left after waiting 10 min. and after people ahead of us left also.
