From Texas at the casino. This Waffle House is the best I've experienced in a while. Will see them again next weekend!!!

Kayla or Karl was extremely Jude after not calling my order out correctly I asked for extra extra extra lite bacon ? she called out lite , I ask for my eggs to be scrambled soft and she called out for scrambled so they where over cooked and burnt when I asked to have it corrected the young lady gave me nothing but attitude. She left went to the back and never came back. So the so called supervisor Arron who also was the cook had a attitude as well. This is truly sad. The customer service we received should be rated a negative 10!!!But on a lighter note Mrs. Pamela Johnson and Ms.Simone stepped up and took care of us. If my company wasn’t located in Houston I definitely you hire them in a heartbeat.P.S to our server and the cook if you don’t like your current employment I strongly suggest you find a job the fit your rude customer service!!!
Yuck. WORST Waffle house we've been to. The food was greasy and cooked in old grease at that. The ice tea was sour and the water was worse. The server was polite, but service was extremely slow. Not only were the tables not disinfected, they weren't even washed between customers.The cook was talking on the phone while cooking. I recommend you drive by and go to the next restaurant.
Walked in sat down for 5 minutes didn’t get greeted, no one came to see if we’ve been helped. Others that had been there before us hadn’t gotten taken care of either. A couple was trying to pay that was standing there prior to our walk in finally got helped, if that were me I wouldOf walked out. Worst Waffle House ever, never had such a bad experience with a Waffle House anywhere but here
I usually do not care for waffle house, they never get my order correct but this time my eggs were cooked perfect. I really enjoyed my breakfast.
Tried to eat at this restaurant today without any luck.. There was staff in the back and we were told that they couldn't serve anyone for the next 20 to 30 mins because their manager told them to clean up instead of serving customers.. The staff literally would not serve us or accommodate us beyond giving that information in any way at all... The mood of the staff was evidently tense. I honestly did not feel welcome or able to inquire further and felt compelled to leave as did the other customers that were there. I sat in my vehicle for a while and watched many other customers walk in and right back out looking confused..
EVERY TABLE WAS DIRTY. THERE WEREN'T THAT MANY PEOPLE SEATED. THERE WAS ENOUGH EMPLOYEES, BUT STILL ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY. SOMEONE CLEANED OUR TABE AFTER WE SAT DOWN. THE SPEED OF SERVICE WAS OK, BUT OUR ACTUAL SERVER SUCKED.
DONT eat here . very dirty store and UN-trained staff . Dont waste your time
Getting expensive and good luck finding a full menu. But the food is good
