Every time I come it gets worse. Walked in and not a soul in the front for atleast 5-10minutes with several people waiting. Ordered my food to go and they tried to give me one item on my 5 item order and send me on my way. We asked for no Diablo on the queso because it makes it unbearable to eat, it was left on. Fajita chicken in the burrito was completely burnt and crunchy. I keep trying to come back because I like torchy’s but wow.

Food was great! A little difficult to find something that didn't have jalapeños in it, but I enjoyed the beef fajita taco that I ordered. Service was good!

service was amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This location was very clean. Excellent customer service. The tacos just weren’t what I expected. I tried torchys in Houston a couple years ago and remember they being so delicious. I will likely return for the amazing customer service I received.

I got this burrito bowl and it was maybe a fourth of the way full… For eight dollars! Ridiculous! I would suggest checking your to go order before you leave this location!

I’m a huge torchys fan from Texas. I was elated to see lake Charles had one. First few experiences were great but it has really tanked recently. Food takes a very long time even on order ahead. Like 20 minutes to get a wrong order then 10 minutes to get it right TO GO. 30+ minutes for sit down. Last two times they gave me tacos with no veggies. How do you forget that? And no, it’s not “under the cheese” as I was told. I’m so disappointed with how this place has gone downhill.

Waitress was very good. She watched our drinks and was ready to get a fresh one. Taco's were normal size for $5.00. Quaso dip was great. Chips were fresh and tasty. Margaritas were pretty dam good.

Are the tacos damn good? Yes! However not sure if it is worth it. Especially for 40 dollars for 2 people. this chain seems unpersonal and they were a tad bit rude. You have to try the tacos but I will be rethinking my follow up trips there because of the price and service. I think for special occasions I might make a stop but that will cease as well if they don't get their customer service up.

Food great, but They give you a flat light up device that doesn't light up.& staff wandering around to hand out orders and place was busy.Table number flags would be great.

My second time eating at the Torchy's in Lake Charles. It's good, but not great. If you have ever eaten at one in Houston or Austin, you know what I mean. This last visit I got the Brushfire taco. There was 1 lonely jalapeño on it and the Jamaican jerk chicken was overcooked, though was still on the tender side. I have had this taco at every Torchy's location I have been to and this one by far was the skimpiest and just not the best. Overall, I would rate the Houston and Austin locations a 5 out of 5 and the Lake Charles one 3 out of 5, which is where I got my score of 4. I'll give them one more shot before I start making occasional taco road trips to Houston...lol.
