90 minute wait for a table to eat just average, over-priced food. Glad I wasn’t paying for it! Some salt and a few seasonings go a long way. Bland fried mushrooms, overcooked potato soup, way over cooked salmon. Service was okay.
The food was well prepared and delicious and it came out in a timely manner. Emma did a fantastic job and took great care of us.
Apprx. 90minute wait for a chair, 60 minutes it took for a to go order, simple soup and salads. Not our original food thought for a chair in house food. Adjusted food order based on wait time simple food order.
What a busy restaurant. Had to wait a few minutes but got a table pretty soon. This restaurant is inside Golden Nugget, and has a lot of competition. We ordered a double boned pork chop, a ribeye steak, potato soup, salads. The soup was only warm not hot, but my beloved ate on. Wish though there was an option for the bread, you know, brown or white. The steak was okay, without being outstanding, the pork chop was very good. The ambiance is good.
Saltgrass Steakhouse is our "go-to" for excellent food, but most importantly their attempts to assist those who are gluten sensitive! No other restaurant offer free gluten free bread! Accommodations were not only made, but our wonderful waitress, made suggestions and carried through with utmost care!
Time after time, consecutively misses the mark nowadays! Unfortunately this location seems to be built off of excuses the last 4 months. I’ve refrained from leaving negative review - last 1.5 year filled with challenges. The last 3 visits in last 2 months each visit worse than other! At sit down over 45 minutes for food that was not cooked to order, to go order in June took 1 hour 15 minutes to get 2 soup and salads-asked manager if he felt was acceptable “sorry were busy” might I mention when we got back to room they didn’t include any salad dressing! Final straw leading to this review-7/7 visit stood at bar area 15+ minutes not acknowledged as they brought food to 3 others in to go area finally once acknowledged was by “sorry we aren’t doing any more to go orders” infuriated 2 staff couldn’t tell me that once arrive standing looking at menu. To same manager and guess what “sorry we are busy” I said could y’all at least put a small sign up “we just chose to stop doing to go orders”
I really hate to write these type of reviews, but other customers need to know, even if the problem was intentional. First we had to wait, about 45 minutes, no biggie, it was a Saturday night, we got seated, outside the restaurant, still no biggie, it was a little loud, but we were just happy to get a seat. Ordered our food, it came in a good amount of time, but then it all went South.. My Steak was ok, I ordered the ribeye, my wife ordered a burger. She got half way through, and then started to gag, she pulled out a long black hair from her mouth that was in the burger, we had enough, we called over the waitress, she was very apologetic, and told us she would take the burger off of the order, then a manager came over, and again, he was very apologetic, and told us he was taking the burger off of the ticket, and then asked us if we would like a dessert, but at that point, we just wanted to go back upstairs to our room, we had enough. Cooks take classes to avoid issues like this and be held accountable, I hope he was, because, we'll never be back. It sucks, because our Salt Grass where we live is pretty decent.

On Saturday afternoon I visited this location with my wife to get some ice cream. There was no line so we thought service was going to be fast. This employee was attending the only customer in front of us. She kept gossiping for around 7 minutes. She didn’t acknowledge us until we walked out. Hope this issue is not a repetitive custom to their future customers. Thank you.
