My husband and I went here yesterday. We were greeted by about seven females who welcomed us at the same time. That greeting was awesome. Our food was delicious, eventhough they could melt the cheese before sending it to the table and I had a bug in my drink. This is Louisiana, so bugs are everywhere. However, my steak was marvelous. I will be returning.
We went on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. We were seated quickly and our waiter Carson came right in and asked for drinks and appetizers. Carson is probably the second best waiter I ever had! He was constantly checking on us to see if we needed drink refills or anything. We just had one little mess up. They put the wrong steak on the wrong plate and we had to swap them at the table which wasn't a big deal. The issue was the consistency of the medium rare steaks. One was more on the medium side and was a little dry. Other than that, everything was good. We always love going to Texas Roadhouse over the other chains. We will definitely be back!
We had the absolute best service tonight! Waitress was on point, food came out fast and all around had a great time. They were busy but you would never have know that based on the exceptional service.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints me. I got the pork chops, house salad (very generous portion and I like they have the ingredients throughout) and a loaded sweet potato. The rolls are scrumptious. This was in Sherman, Texas.
Awful... it's not often I've ever had a bad experience with Roadhouse but my waitress needs to be retrained from the very beginning... she asked all the right questions but someone has to teach her to LISTEN to your responses! (Good luck with that) Steak was over done big time... sent it back and our waitress brought the new steak and to go boxes at the same time!! Totally left off mushrooms on the new steak. From dirty dishes to poor service and no manager in sight... just a bad, expensive meal.
Jonathan was an amazing server, service was quick & food was great. Jonathan is super friendly, patient, & definitely loves his job. He got everything right the 1st time. Thanks Jonathan
8oz steak with shrimp was amazing. Cooked just the way I like it and very tender. They do a excellent job considering how busy they are. My wait time was 1hr but they will text you when a table is ready so my family and I just walked to Wal-Mart and picked up a few things for the kids
Oooo a cooked $20 filet?! With two sides?!? Great grill cook! Great server!! Very busy and still on time with everything!
Good food, decent prices. Konar gave us very nice service.
