Hate when they correct me when I say large and say you mean venti... And out of maybe 15-20 times going there they have gotten my order right maybe 3 times... Literally couldn't be a more simple order it's just one drink... To the couple of ppl that did get the order right thx you you are appreciated kindly
This is my second time coming to this location and they always outta the drangonfruit syrup or whatever gives the drink its color. It doesn't taste the same to me. And I let the worker know that she caught a attitude with me. Why she didn't share with me that info don't have me pay for something I wouldn't want. Horrible customer service.
I stopped at Starbucks as much as I can on this particular trip was 1800 mi journey and with traveling from Little Rock to south Louisiana you're not going to run into many Starbucks until you run across interstates interstate 30 interstate 20 interstate 10 then you'll find Starbucks besides that good luck
My coffee was luke warm at best when they handed it to me. Ridiculous to go to a coffee shop and get barely warm coffee. I had to heat it up in the microwave in my hotel.
I come here so often, have probably spent thousands here! Every day I ask for “Extra” light ice, and this is what I get 9 times out of 10. The drinks are great! BUT to whoever makes the drink, would you want to spend $7 on a big cup of ice w/ a little drink? No! for some reason Starbucks always has trouble with “light ice” or in my case “extra light ice”?
