Waiting so long just for melted ice cream and gelatinous chili cheese fries that tasted like they were left out.
Never have anything they are always out of everything. The rudest carhops I have ever encountered.
I ordered ahead for 1 large drink, and it took me approximately 3 minutes to drive there. I pull in and check in on the app only to have it immediately tell me it’s coming….20 minutes later….no drink. It’s ridiculous
i wish i could give this no stars. i have never had problems with sonic but every time i go to this one on the north end of nelson something is either always missing or just completely wrong. the food nor drinks are never made good and i have had carhops basically tip themselves by not giving me my change! OUTRAGEOUS. never go to this sonic by target!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always come here and love all the carhops and usually great service. Well I ordered on the app today and requested lettuce on my patty melt and when I got home and looked at my burger there was barely any lettuce it was a joke to me honestly that someone seriously put 3 little pieces of lettuce.
Never again will I try this sonic location 4 times with numerous problems each time
Garlic butter bacon burger… one piece of bacon and hardly any garlic and onion goodness. Bottom bun was even burned somehow. Way short of a $5.00 burger. I love Sonic and usually this is my favorite on the menu but this one definitely fell short.

went to this sonic for a drink tonight. they swapped my debt card with someone else and charged me for his food!!! do you guys have any idea how long it takes to get a new card? need to hire better, smarter ppl.
