Ordered the extra long chest coney. The bread was stale and hard. The weenie was tuff like it had been cooking for a week. The tater tots were just crumbles. Find somewhere else to eat.
Worst service ever. Normally very pleasant servers, but staff was rude from the start. Burgers were mashed. Out of everything and the order taker acted like it was asking for a miracle to take our order.
This location has some of the most incompetent people working, I'd be afraid of what they actually served you! I stop and order a Supersonic Breakfast combo. I forget a couple of pretzel twists, so I push the little red button again and order some. 10 mins later, yes 10 mins, I get the incorrect burrito, no mention of my pretzel twists.. I ask them to make my order right, they take the bag with my tatar tots and incorrect burrito.. another 8 mins later, they bring me back the correct burrito, but they didn't bring my tots back!! 18mins now, Again I ask the car hop about my tots and ask again for my pretzel twists... 7-8 mins later still nothing!! Mind you I'm at 25 - 26 mins now at a "fast food" restaurant for a breakfast burrito combo!!! Well, I left! I could not wait longer as I watch the two car hops go in and out without my tots or pretzel twists. To add insult to Injury, I call the manager about 10 mins after I leave and explain my situation and she offers to refund me a dollar!! 25 mins of my life and she offers me a dollar! No apology for her restaurants incompetence, nothing!! I stop for a breakfast burrito AND tots, I get the wrong burrito, then I get the right burrito but no tots and she expected me to wait while her incompetent kitchen make tots! 25 mins later, she has the nerve to tell me that I should have waited longer!!!! I went to Texas Roadhouse and got a steak and loaded potato and a steak salad for my wife in less time that it took Sonic the "fast food" restaurant took to get 75% of my order wrong and an insult!! Way to go Sonic!!
Food was cold burger pattie was old. I had to throw my food to the trash never again will I go to sonic
Tried to order the Patty Melt, they said they weren't serving those. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, the bun was stale, chicken patty was rubbery, and the lettuce looked old and limp. Not much sauce or other condiments on the sandwich. Our Server was very Polite and fast, no complaints there. Good was eh at best.
The food was cold tasted like it was in the refrigerator. I order breakfast burritos all the time at all locations and have never gotten one this cold.
The sweet carhop I had told me to have a blessed evening and just had a smile on her face from the moment she walked from the kitchen to my car! I didn’t catch her name. She had brown curly hair etc.! Anyways, I just wanted to say how phenomenal she was and what a light she was to me and even to other customers. Thank you!
Absolutely gross!! stiff fries, cold chicken tenders hard cold toast Yeah never again going back to this location.
Terrible customer service and food was not & did not taste fresh. Got the order wrong. Staff is in need of retraining.
The food was good but the young boy that brought the food never brought me my change. Which was two dollars. This is twice he has done this. When I called they claimed i had the wrong store.
