I showed up about 30 minutes to an hour before they closed, but they STILL made me an amazing burger, fresh fries, and Iced coffee. Thank yall so much, getting a hot meal isn't easy to find as a taxi driver.
I just left there and my order was 10.55 so I gave the lady 11.00 and she keep my change so I called the manager told her about it the the hopper came back and threw my change in my hand cause she was mad I guess at what I did I dont care I work hard my money so I want my change so I will not go back there for a long time cause she didn't say sorry are nothing just here and threw it my hand.
Sunday June 12, 2022, I visited Sonic on HWY 14 where I purchased the supreme sonic burrito meal before work. I bit into the burrito something did not taste right I look at my food and this what was inside(a whole fly ). I occasionally visit this sonic in that it’s convenient & close to my job; for breakfast & lunch. However, this caused me to become instantly sick to my stomach the entire work day(8hrs). I am BEYOND DISGUSTED AND ANGRY. I will NEVER eat here again not even for a drink!! I will not tread lightly on this matter. Actions need to be made on behalf of the restaurant’s behalf so that no one else encounters this same situation if not worse. This is beyond DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I ordered after lunch, around 1 o'clock. Very simple order: three tenders and a drink. Something tells me not to pay right then so I wait until she comes with the food. Ole girl never comes, the screen turns back to the default order screen and the food never comes out. I was short for time so I just left. I am a long time sonic patron and they have all been disappointing me. Gerstner Memorial, Samson st, and prien lake are all trash locations.
Have had several great visits at this location, it is typically quite busy when we have been but everything is always hot and fresh and our last carhop was super friendly and helpful! We ordered on the app and just checked in when we arrived, everything was perfect and food/drinks just as expected.
I always order the same thing yet I have problems getting the onions and real fruit in my food and drink.
Food good but customer service not so good
The person taking the order couldn’t care less about what you order. If you order a burrito with no tots in he doesn’t understand or care.
So I placed an order they gave it to another person they opened it touched all over a breathed on it probably ate some of it then they brought it back inside ten minute later they try to come bring it back to me n charge $10 hugghhh if you don’t think sums wrong with that then I don’t know what to say I don’t want that after someone else is touched all over and ate on!!!!! Bad business…..
Press red button waited 10 mins no one answered another truck came and was able to place their order before me.
