Hello, I just stopped the following address : 1022 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601 to order at 9pm central time. I ordered Large size onion ring and Vanilla cone. She was not understanding “vanilla cone” and she asked 5/6 times and I was keep responding vanilla cone. The ordering screen was showing large size onion ring but not vanilla cone. She came out and was saying that she didn’t understand. Then, I pointed her on the screen that where is vanilla cone. She went inside and never ringing my order and hanged me for 10 minutes. I was keep pushing red button at #15. Then, finally she respond, “We are out of Onion ring”
Fast service and great chocolate shake! My only concern was that the shake was a bit powdery like it wasn't mixed well, but overall tasted pretty good.
Takes ten minutes just to get someone to answer you after you push the button another 10 minutes just to get them to bring out 2 drinks
It took forever to get two pretzel sticks with cheese and the girl did not know how to count change she did not give me the correct change back I had to wait for my change and extra 5 minutes and the pretzel stick for almost burnt
Always a good place to cool down in the heat. Limeade or chocolate shake are my go to.
Can be a little slow due to not enough workers and a lot of their stalls are usually not working, however food is still grewt and they have very pleasant car hops. I definitely recommend them.
It's a sonic, so it was more than I thought I would pay and slower than it should have been. My drink and cheese sticks were just as good nonetheless.
I like Sonic, however here lately they decided to charge even more for their drinks. With that at least they offer 1/2 price drinks all day if you order via the app. If you haven't yet gotten the app and you enjoy Sonic then you should get it. Easy to use and has some better deals than if you pull up, park, and pay.
Past couple times I’ve been to this location the service has been really bad. Either no one has answered the call button after waiting for 20 minutes or they have answered saying one minute and never came back.
Hours don't seem to match those listed. Sundays they don't open til 12p. And weeknights it's a toss up if they will take your order after 9p. When they are open the food is great and always fresh.
