I am allergic to tree nuts and I told the person at the window, I requested a hulk with no butter pecan ice cream and they 100% put it in there, I had a severe allergic reaction and called and spoke to the manager, she told me on my next visit I could have a complementary smoothie. So about 1 month later I went back and the guy at the window told me I HAD TO HAVE THE MANAGERS NAME which I was never told when I spoke to the manager. So I left empty handed and the whole company of smoothies has lost my business indefinitely.

I was a worker there and the managers made us sell customers moldy strawberries that was 1 week ago from today
(Lake Charles). Poor Customer service.I placed an order online but because the lobby was closed, I was made to wait in line at the drive through. I confirmed that my order was ready to be picked up but was REPEATEDLY told I have to wait in line. I was not allowed to walk up to the window to grab it.However, the attitude of the person at the window disappointed me the most. I received no apology, no smile, no thank you, no nothing. As I was not allowed to pick up my “pick up” order, I received my smoothie 10 minutes past the time it was promised on the receipt.
I recommend y'all change the hours online because y'all are not open at 7, which is a shame for those who are trying to go over there before they have to go to work.

I was very disappointed with the service I received this morning. The lady with the short haircut (beach blonde) had a terrible attitude. I ordered 2 smoothies through the app, my order was supposed to be ready at 8:56am. I pull up to the window and she’s just staring at me. I tell her I had an app order and she said “oh well I haven’t even started making it yet so you’re gonna have to wait” turned around and walked away, I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order. She came back to me with the wrong order and had an attitude about that also. When she FINALLY handed me my smoothies she just turned around and walked away. Also my smoothies were poorly made.
