Great server! The salmon was cooked very nicely, but my strip steak was dry. Ordered medium rare, served medium...still, this cut of meat should not be this dry, almost mealy. When the word steakhouse is in the name, the expectation is that the steak should be great. The family enjoyed the non-steak meals, though! Also VERY loud on a Saturday night, expected, but be aware.

Service was slow but was expected as there was a several hour wait. I was glad that we had reservations as we were seated shortly after our reservation time. The main problem with dinner was that every steak ordered medium between our 6 top and 8 top arrived well done. My filet was the worst I've ever had. It was beyond tough and half of it wasn't even edible. Luckily, we had a vendor covering the bill so that was the only plus. I've eaten here many times and this was my first bad experience with Salt Grass.
Steak and shrimp were both very good. Tbone steak was delicious.
