Got the chicken sandwich and fries I ordered but they upchargedmy order when I did not request it and the sweet tea was unsweetened tea. So they upcharged my drink and didn't give me the right drink.
Was in line for 37 min because they only took 2 orders at a time.from drive through to prevent stupid buzzer inside from going off. A 37 min wait to even have my order taken is ridiculous. Won't be coming back to this trash astablishment
Always standing around not taking orders. Always long lines. I go there more than a lil. Waiting 30 minutes just for someone to take my order. It's always this way and there rude
Slowest and one of the worst fast food place ever. And idk why the people who work always have to be rude and are always in rush. Never have time to listen to what their customers want. And if by chance you get to place your order the wait time is ridiculous. If you have to wait 30-40min for a sandwich and a fry then it defeats the purpose of being a fast food. You might as well close this location down or fire everyone and train the new ones properly. Never going to this location. Would have given 0/5 but unfortunately 1star was the lowest! You dont even deserve a star!
They are rude asl . Bad customer service ! Slow and the nerve to have attitudes when there is a complaint. This has happen multiple times and I’m fed up i go to this Popeyes cause it’s close to my home but i will go way across town now if i have to it makes no sense . I called and a female worker had an attitude about me trying to see about my dash order she then said it was already gone , so we text the dasher they said they never made it there so i called again and it was a diff female i asked for the worker i just spoke to about the door dash order not even 5 minutes ago from calling again she said hold on let Her check 3 minutes on hold then they hung up in my face . I called right back and the male manager answered and just had an attitude when i explained to him what was goin on he then stated my order was still there just sitting waiting to be picked up not there fault the dasher isn’t on time but they don’t know how to satisfy customers everytime i go there they have an attitude and very disrespectful
Orders are drive thru or Uber Eats...Order Through Uber eats and Order was still incorrect..However the employee there was very helpful..only brightspot
Waited inside for 20 minutes, employees kept looking at the line of 6 people qnd ignoring everyone. Someone finally told everyone they're not helping inside customers and you have to go through the drive through. What a joke.
This place had an hour and a half before close and they didn’t have spicy chicken strips, ONLY 1 chicken sandwich, and 7 mild wings, 2 mild thighs, no drums and nothing spicy. Then they said they could cook it but it would take over 30 minutes to cook. Why are they shutting it down and hour and a half before close ??? That is just ridiculous. You serve chicken and you don’t have any chicken prepared!!!
Very very sweet lady taking my order. However, I specifically ordered DRY RIBS w/ ZERO BBQ sauce. When I got home [30 minutes away], I realized BOTH orders were COVERED in BBQ sauce [[heartburn from hell kinda stuff]]. ??? We couldn't eat it. The saucy ribs were very salty ... but the sliced BRISKET was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious❣️ Ask me again & I'll tell you the same. ?✌️
This Popeyes needs to be shut down. Y'all gave us only 6 pieces of chicken when we paid for a 12 piece then gave us biscuits old and not buttered. Y'all took 25 mins to take my order at the menu..... Idk what y'all got going on but y'all don't need to be opened period
