The lady left items out of my order after guaranteeing me 2x that it was correct. Then got an attitude and was completely disrespectful. Then when I mentioned most people would apologize for messing up an order causing me to have to make another trip and eat cold food she just gave me a stare lol. Best customer service I've ever seen?
The gentleman that took my order 5/26 1:20pm had the best customer service ever. He deserves a raise. Food was great!
Drive thru staff and manager were all playing on their phone and ignoring customers.
Waited in drive through with only one car ahead of me for 30 minutes. Then my order was wrong, had to turn around and go inside??
The staff members are the friendliest group of people. They get the food out as quickly as possible and it is always perfect.

The chicken was delicious, not sure if I was very hungry or it was just great. The woman was not approachable and looked upset. Not even a hello how may I help you or a fake smile
The food was fresh and hot. The new fish sandwich was absolutely delicious way better then the McDonald's fish. Overall we had a great experience at Popeye Chicken. ?
There was a game of pay it forward. I was maybe the 12th car. Loved being a part of this...oh and the chicken was awesome, as always
Love Popeye's when waitress pays action to order. Asked for mild, can't eat peppered food, I trust her and took a bite, it was spicy, burnt my mouth! She acted luke I didn't ask for mild, but I had my receipt, said mild. Clean store!
