Our food arrived over 40 minutes late. One of our pizzas had the wrong topping, another was 50% crust and I don’t know what happened to the breadsticks but they were barely cooked but somehow rock hard. This is the 2nd bad experience we’ve had with this Pizza Hut and there won’t be a 3rd. Order at your own risk.
They are messing up everyone’s order, giving out orders to the wrong people, there isn’t a worker working at the front, everyone waiting 30 minutes plus more just for there food, a customer literally grab his own pizza he paid for out there heater thing because how long they were taking
I placed the order over an hour in advance for a 6pm pick up. I got there at 6 and it was not even in the oven yet, then I had ordered, and edge pizza and they just made a thin crust. The person boxing the pizza said this was supposed to be and edge pizza and was told don’t worry about it just box it. At 6:20 I ask for a manager because I had still not gotten my food. When he comes up all he said was O well I’m sorry. And went back in the back.
Ordered pizza and did not receive the extra marinara I ordered AGAIN nor the marinara that is supposed to come with the cheese sticks (just about every time we order and PAY for extra they forget it or send 1/4 full cups.) Called them and they were supposed to be sending someone with the marinara. 40 minutes later we had no marinara still and we were done eating.
Worth the drive(pick up) if out of the delivery area.They DONT skip on toppings.Staff is friendly too
The thin crust pizza we received was worse than store bought frozen. I will never order it again.
The staff was completely overwhelmed with the over flow of online orders and the lack of employees. Which led to orders being wrong and the wait time way longer than expected. If there is any way for the online orders to paused while the staff has time to catch up on orders I believe that would be a plus for everyone.
Moss Bluff Pizza Hut is always friendly and fast. I have never had an issue with our order
Drove from Iowa la to moss bluff. Dam Houston Jones highway pizza hut yo b told I had no order. Ask if they check I left without they didn't even offer to get order made. Very unhappy dissatisfied customerLeft empty handed
Wish the was a negative star! Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in over 2 years because it was always a bad experience. My wife was tired of Dominos so we decided to give it a try. Ordered online and it wouldn’t let us chose delivery so we decided to pickup. It told us about an 1.5 hour wait, when I arrived 20 minutes early I decided to just check with them and the lady told me 25 more minutes. I waited until the app said everything was ready and when I got inside they said they had just run out of what we ordered but the app showed everything done. I was extremely frustrated having wasted 2 hours of my night waiting on food I didn’t even get. Guess we will never order from the Moss Bluff Pizza Hut again… always been a problem store for 20 years I’ve been in Moss Bluff and I don’t guess it will ever change!
