They always make the pizza right. Fast. And fresh.
Was waiting for my order and when it hadn’t arrived I decided to call and got told that the order was cancelled!!! Wasn’t notified of this. Really disappointed with the service at Pizza Hut… went to domino’s instead and let me tell you the service and pizza was way better
This was supposed to be a make up order from them but once again an hour later and still have not answered when automatically put on hold. I'm done with them.
We ordered delivery at 7.30 for pizza (we checked the closing time, 9pm) to receive a phone call saying they were closed. Highly disappointed ?.
This pizza made me sad.
Order time 6:25pm Order promised 6:56pm. Order arrived at 7:56pm. 1 pizza. Cold. Had been out for delivery for an hour. I was told that the pizza had been delivered but it had not been. The woman at the restaurant argued with me and was super rude. 10 mins later when I called back the driver finally pulled up. I’d rather eat at Wendy’s near by than ever do business with these people again.
Order time 6:25pm Order promised 6:56pm. Order arrived at 7:56pm. 1 pizza. Cold. Had been out for delivery for an hour. Called multiple times. A gentleman was pleasant for 2 of my 3 calls. I spoke to a lady the 2nd call and I asked for a refund. She was happy to do that and call the driver to cancel the order. I asked if she would first call the driver to see how much longer it would be. She did and proceeded to tell me the order was already delivered. It had not been. She was rude and argued with me. She wouldn’t listen. She interrupted me so I just hung up. 10 mins later no pizza. Called back. Thankfully the gentleman answered. About that time the pizza arrived. Cold. Old. This was our 2nd and last experience at this location. I will make sure no one that we know that has to stay in Lake Charles overnight before going offshore ever uses this location.
Ordered online. Quickly prepared. Friendly staff. Delicious pie!
Pizza took forever to be delivered and was barely warm.
Over 45 minutes late on delivery and was told by the manager there was nothing she could do about it besides cancel and void the entire order
