Sooooo the food was old the chicken Alfredo was expired! It smelled just like sour milk, I’ve ate here plenty of times before and it’s just gone down I’m not going back I’ll stick with dominos the expired food did it for me
Katherine Trahan needs to be trained of customer service. I see why she works at Pizza Hut. Revamp your company, train your people, teach them a little professionalism.

The staff didn't know anything about the rewards program and the toppings on the pizza were skimpy. They usually are better.

I ordered a large stuffed crust with pepperoni, Italian sausage and light sauce. I also ordered 16 boneless wings with mild Buffalo sauce. What I got was a large pizza with regular crust, extra pepperoni, no Italian sausage, no sauce. The wings barely had any sauce on them and what sauce they had tasted sour and nasty. Absolutely awful and unacceptable, its not hard to pay attention to what an order is and get it right.
Suppose to be handmade pan pizza. Got all the home to see this and my other pizza the toppings was all wrong. This not my 1st time my order been wrong. I just to love Pizza Hut but now I’m never going back. Then they have the nerve to cut and serve it to customers. This is not wat I paid for ?
My food was ready, hot and delicious when I arrived for it. And the manager was very nice when receiving my order. Will buy more!
Take the time to get the order correct, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and on half I wanted other sides but they had some items all over the pizza so I tried to pick some of the items off but just decided not to eat the rest. wasted my free points.
The pizza was hot and freshly made with a hearty amount of toppings. Absolutely delicious☺☺
