Same great service, tasty pizza. This visit my pies were a bit too crispy. I prefer a less crunchy crust. But it was still tasty. Just dryer than usual.
The pizza was better than the ones I've had in the past from PJs but I still don't care for their sauce.
Dirty nobody had gloves on fixing pizza but ppl were very friendly
I paid $30 and they only sent me a cheese pizza and when I went and picked up the right one it had hair in it. Definitely will not be using this location again.
We like Papa John's. Can never go wrong with the works (without olives of course lol) and the chicken BBQ. Order extra garlic sauce to pour on the works.
Absolutely trash! Called on the phone to order a delivery. The man on the phone said it’s be about an hour. About 2 hours later we called and had to be transferred to our store. The food had not been even picked up by any delivery driver. To make it worse the pizza was completely wrong. I will never be ordering from here again.
The Papa John's here at Lake Charles is a good location that does a solid job of preparing good delicious pizza and offering good customer service and with a good and solid speed.While it is rare I myself will enjoy Papa John's pizza as I cook my own, the four times I enjoyed this locations' services they did a fantastic job that was not only quality but also fresh and fast.
Two hard working men on a blustery night. Two awesome attitudes!The pizza smelled awesome and was a hot fresh DD delivery. The pizza came up just as i walked in so the guy in the back handed it right to me. They were both friendly and helpful. I can hardly believe that people are still welcoming--especially in this weather!We later went to Dominoes and idc what kind of specials and coupons they toss your way, they need each of them bc when it comes to quality and service, they could NEVER!!!
If I could provide -Zero Stars I would. I placed an online order for my elderly family member approximately 2 hours ago since I'm out of state. I called to check the status of the order, Devin, the manager informed me that delivery time is 99 minutes. Then he looks up my grandmother's address and says oh we do not deliver to 5th ave. That's poor customer service. Someone should have did a courtesy call to inform me no deliveries to her address. He then responds , "Oh my bad I just seen it". It is very upsetting how he responded. I wouldn't recommend Papa Johns to anyone.
The food was alright the last time I had it however my most recent order was canceled without receiving a call about it. When I tried to find out what happened by calling the store, I was hung up on multiple times without ever hearing someone speak.
