My family and I have eaten inside this restaurant several times. Parts of the carpet are so dirty your feet/shoes actually stick to it. Against our better judgment we decided to get takeout from them one night. The food did not taste fresh, it tasted as if it had been frozen and warmed in a microwave.Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants, however this location and other Olive Gardens seem to have gone downhill in the past few years.
You cannot expect nothing less than the best at OG! And it gives you exactly like that. As usual good OG ambience, the waiter is good, food is good. However, I missed the extra butter with breadsticks.
Our server Saige was amazing! She was so sweet and took care of all of our needs quickly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it’s all because of her!
NEVER WILL BE BACK!The place smells like wet dog and sour mop water all around. The air vent at our table was leaking water where we were eating and despite many open booths for the three of us we were seated at a 5-seat table in a noisy, dirty dining area.My biggest complaint is our waitress. Being the only white people in the entire room it was clear where her prejudice lies. She slammed our plates on the table in front of us and took FOREVER to service us. We sat there for a solid 30 minutes with no drinks, salad, or bread sticks. I get it the restaurant was busy but despite the lunch rush she continued to wait the tables with people of color first and gave us sidelong glances. When my grandmother stopped her as she was leaving the dining area she requested that we needed more soup, drinks, and bread sticks. The waitress huffed and closed her eyes in frustration, giving my grandma a rude stare before disappearing. When she came back with our soup and drinks, my grandma reminded her of the bread sticks since she seemed busy and the waitress told her "They're in the oven!" in a very rude tone. When we had our bread sticks she didn't apologize for the wait or anything, just plopped them on the table without a word. I would give her slack if she had a bad day, but this isn't the first time she did this to us. On another occasion she made us wait an hour before ordering and another hour before we for our ticket. It was just us two people. She needs an attitude adjustment and maybe this place shouldn't hire bigoted and racist people because your customers don't control the color of their skin, black or white and in between.We talked to the manager and he seemed very caring and handled the situation well, but the treatment here is unacceptable. Previous times we had great servers that made sure we were fine the entire time and kept us refilled on drinks and food. This woman however, shouldn't get disciplined but fired since she's been complained about before, and even the table across from us whispered about how she was rude. Overall I'm very disappointed and will opt for another place to eat instead of this mockery.
Surprisingly good. I recommend the freshly baked bread fingers. There were six at table and all were pleased, I believe. Somewhat crowded and too loud, but clean and friendly.
We went for the wine and appetizers, also played a game of pokemon while we ate. Very nice waiter and the food was fantastic. Not a great location for a pokemon match but I'm not taking off points for that.
Service was quick and food was good too.
Same bartender for years Joe! calm atmosphere for lunch early dinner. Jackie was fast and friendly. Try the Bellini drinks non and alcoholic. Always get the dipping sauces and I like to change my meals up from the menu which the always try to accommodate.
Jayden was incredible! He's attentive, but not overbearing. The food was incredible. We've had a couple of mediocre experiences here, but he made this visit very memorable! Everything was hot and fresh. The apple sangrias are also delightful. My husband dislikes alcohol and he drank 3.
The food was not up t standard as it usually is. The pasta was in a clump together. Was not even hot. I will go back again t see if it still like I went but then if it hasn't changed I won't go back for awhile
