Waitress was amazing and food was okay but the reason for the one star was the hostesses. There was a 90 year old man that was first in line when they opened and he sat down right by the hostess station and a table of 6 were seated before him. Then, they were going to seat our table of 7 before him as well until I told them that I believed he was waiting in line too. It was like they ignored him and then asked him if he wanted a table or booth and he didn’t hear them the first time so they yelled it with an attitude. Also, they sat our larger table in a small booth while others with the same amount of guests were seated after us at bigger tables. All in all, our waitress was great but the hostesses need to be taught some respect about how to treat guests.
Okay I guess if you order in store, but do NOT order to go or delivery. They will forget everything they can possibly get away with. Dipping sauce? Best have your own. Loaded baked potato toppings you paid extra for? Lol jokes on you. And, sure, it's only a couple of bucks. But I've never had anyone have the audacity to give me a whole potato with no toppings. The sheer courage that must take, honestly. Like not even normal potato toppings. Just nothing. And before you ask, yes, I did check in the bag it was delivered in and every other container we got. Nothing. When asked about it by the delivery company, the manager said, "that's how they come" and refused a refund. I can't say I really believe that, but if it's true those are some sad potatoes.
No refills, took over an hour an 15 for food. Poor service
Went in for lunch and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and attentive. We ordered a cheeseburger and the country tenders. One star off because husband said cheeseburger was dry and so was my side of macaroni and cheese. Chicken tenders and mash potatoes were good. 2 beers on tap and 2 of the $4 margaritas which were pretty good for the price. Would go back next time we stop at that supercharger over there.
There is a server and his name is Adam. He has been the BEST server since I meet him 20 + years ago. He is the absolute best. I will follow him wherever he goes. O’Charleys has never taste so good. We love you Adam!!
I have been to this location several times but the most recent visit I received the BEST service. It was a lady named Lori. She was so friendly and made sure we had hot rolls and the drinks never got empty. She picked and played with my children an made my baby giggle. I love when the servers give attention to the children. When we go back I'll have to request her again.The food was was great, I had the steak and it was cooked great. My husband ordered chicken strips and they were great.Will visit again soon.

Had the absolute best service tonight from Rachel! She had my drinks in front of me before I could even ask, and had a 10 out of 10 Nashville hot chicken sandwich. One of my favorite things ever. Even had assistance and amazing connection from help and co worker Lori, who is also invested in helping. The bar atmosphere is top knotch. Will be back.
