Great cakes and very sweet workers! Went for the first time to buy some little cakes for my dad’s birthday and they helped and gave an amazing recommendation (Strawberry and Cream) and I got myself a Red Velvet cake and they were both amazing! Thank you so much! My dad started telling our server about how great the cakes were after we ate them! We both recommend!!!
Called the store to see if they had the large white chocolate raspberry. They had it so I told the girl I am on my way from Sulphur and should make it right at 6:00. I was literally 2 minutes away at 5:58pm so I called to tell her I am right up the street and will be there by 6:01 or 6:02. She stated she closes at 6 and I can prepay her over the phone and pick up in the morning. As I pull in front of store she is on phone with me but, want let me run in and get the cake. But, will take my payment over the phone for tomorrow. Really I am looking at you in front of the store ! Poor customer service and though I know the cakes taste great, I’ll go back to Cypi’s or Pronia’s !
They are delicious but will not sell individual cupcakes. They only sell by the dozen. Very impractical.

Why? Why would you not have forks? We went in today and ordered 4 mini bundts. We had just eaten lunch somewhere else and wanted dessert. We went to the Bundt place. Ordered our little bundts and when we got in the truck…no forks. I sent my daughter back in and they told her since they weren’t considered a sit down eating place they didn’t have to have forks. We live 1 hour away from Lake Charles, we were planning on eating our cakes on the drive home. I couldn’t believe that the answer was so dumb. I mean, regardless of whether you have to provide forks, you serve small cakes, and why wouldn’t people need forks?? It’s a good thing there was a pizza place next door so my daughter ran in there and got us some forks. This speaks to their customer service. I won’t go there again. there should not be a world where anyone who owns a dessert place, that offers small desserts on the go, wouldn’t have a fork.
