Very misleading information when my daughter booked a party. Party was booked at 2 p.m. When we get there buffet was closed from 2-5.. was told that kids 12 and under eat buffet free. When we get there manager said its for the next visit. That was not mentioned nor on the copy of the booking receipt. Very rude and unprofessional manager.

Went there for lunch I had order spaghetti so when I got there the manager proceed to pick up my spaghetti with her hands an not the tongs an got offended when I ask for my money back no thanks Tonya the manager your hands not cleans enough for my mouth

Pizza is typically cold upon order pick up and is not very flavorful or undercooked/over cooked zero consistency with food quality

Great clean place. The manager was very attentive, the game room was great for our little kids and the food was really good too.
Our family loves Mr. Gatti's! The buffet was always stocked with hot and fresh options. Used plates were removed frequently by very attentive staff. Game room was fun. We had an issue with one of our game cards, and the problem was taken care of easily and quickly.
