If I could give a neg 0 for rating, I would. First, they'll hold one lane and allow multiple cars to order before taking orders from the 2nd lane. Cars waiting to order sit, while others order and immediately leave. Secondly, no condiments are given, even when requested. I requested ketchup and barbecue sauce for a 20 piece nugget and didn't receive not one. Lastly, apparently they want customer to wipe their hands on their clothes because they give no napkins. Ryan Street location is much better than Nelson Road.
i had a doordash order sent to this place one my food is cold. it took them almost an hour just to make my food and then they were very rude to my dasher for no reason. i called up there and they continued to cut me off. im beyond upset with this place they are disrespectful little children.

Ordered to eat inside and yet received food in a bag. Everything was hot and fresh, though the fries tasted like old grease (maybe they filtered the oil instead of changing it). The Chicken sandwich I ordered was excellent, cooked to perfection with fresh pickles. They had no sweet tea in the lobby, though the employee was nice enough to grab some from the drive through for me. I usually eat inside to avoid the flies, but the flies here were relentless, had to watch my food every single second, probably a good thing I got my food in a bag, come to think of it. All in all it was a very mediocre experience.
Kid sitting on top of car going through drive through out of sun roof. Always check your order. Never enough condiments on sandwich and if you special order, its NEVER right. I paid for extra sauces and got zero sauces. Always check. Teenagers taking orders more interested in hanging out order window at night.
Ordered from the drive thru today. Not only did they forget my hot and spicy, they also forgot to put the patty on my burger…. How do you forget the BURGER part of the cheeseburger??? It was cheese condiments and bread…. That’s ridiculous. When I tried to call and complain my call was not answered.
Pull up to order in the drive thru. The lady never greeted us. She only said "are you ready to order". Ok, that kinda didn't sit well with me but took my order and never gave me a total or asked me to pull up so im assuming she got everything that I needed and im assuming I can start pulling to the window. My order had popped up briefly at the bottom of the menu and then went away quickly. So I pull to the first window. Again, never told me my total and never repeated my order. Took my card, swiped it. Im sitting there waiting for my receipt all while she's taking someone else's order. She looks over at me and says you can pull up. I said I need my receipt. She says, you'll have to get it at the second window, the machine is broken. I said well how much was my order she said $15 (and whatever the change was). I asked if that was for the 10pc nuggets and happy meal? She said yes, is that too much? No, not at all, I just want to make sure I'm paying for MY order since you never told me how much it was. Her response was quote "true, true". I pull up to the second window and lady hands me our order. I ask for a receipt. She then asks me to pull into spot #2 and they will bring it out to me because their machine is broken and they will have to find it. ?No, I will wait here for it. She said well we have to serve the people behind you. I looked at her and said, they can wait. She goes and gets someone else who within a minute brings the receipt. Customer service from the drive thru menu, to the first window, to the second window = 2 stars. You can do better.
Worst service ever!!! We just order a breakfast with coffee's, no cream. No sugar, one egg muffing without one side of the bread, we are visiting Louisianna and though maybe this place was good for breakfast, never going back to this Mcdonald again!
I went thru the drive thru and ordered my usual, payed, then she tells me to pulled forward because they have to drop some chicken nuggets, I sat there for 20 minutes and they still didn't come, so I drove to the other side of this McDonald's and I had to go in just to get my food, not a very good place to eat. I was dirty also.
Only car in the drive thru and they made me park to the side so their manager could get the “drive thru waiting time bonus”. Pathetic I only ordered a Big Mac.
