I have to hand it to these folks. They got the lunch rush in the drive through going on. From the time I ordered to the time I drove away was less than 3 minutes.I find the biggest hold ups are the customers. People with multiple lists of orders all rung up separately to the customer who doesn’t know what they want. Those customers would do a great service if the just went inside and freed up the drive through lanes.

Fast and friendly service. They always get my order right on Broad st. Love you guys

Home of the McTarded’s only the manger with the low fade seem to have any sense of awareness of what was going on. My personal opinion he needs a better crew with higher IQ and less attitude.

Extremely slow at night u will wait in line for at least 40 mins im sitting here waiting for a door dash order. And I been in line since 1:11am and it is now 1:58am. Do not come here customers and dashers. Decline all orders from this location because this is just ridiculous. People are getting out of their cars walking to the window asking whats taking so long. I will not ever come back here. Somebody plz apply for night shift.

There were young supposing Tobe on the clock but seemed to me just hanging out. They kept going to this table taking a bite of food from someone; looked like another worker having breakfast, she kept going behind the counter getting a cup for a drink or getting coffee. I don't know who was suppose to be in charge but it seemed to be a lot of playing around. The girl that waited on me was in another world. I was speaking to her and she's looking in another space.That was the worse I ever seen

These leaders are so disrespectful and they teach the youngest generation how to disregard the disrespectful things they show all customers godless all of you

Really bad place. Horrible service. You’ll stand in the lobby for 20 minutes while they look at you out of the corner of their eye. Pitiful people that work here. Sad management. Constantly forgotten about in the drive through. Shut it down. ?

They must put the halfway house people working afternoon and night. The only time it's not terrible is the morning shift. Other than that they get the wrong order EVERY SINGLE TIME . Then catch a MAJOR attitude when you ask them to correct it . I HATE going here ?

Ordered my meal and was told to park in #1. 40 min latter still waiting. Go inside took another 10 min to be able to talk to someone. Mind you this was all for a a frappe.

Ordered Oatmeal and got soup. I polietly walked to the counter to see if i could get some oats with the soup and the MANAGER was very rude told me thats how the oatmeal comes now we both know she held the hot water a lil to long but hey if you say so your the professional here right. If people hate their job so much find a new profession take that unessasary rudeness out on your alone time not the ones who contribute and make that pay check possible. Jus sayin.
