Couldn't give it a zero because the system wouldn't let me. Ordered food got to the window and the young lady says I don't have your order. She said she lost it she left and went to get a manager. Manager gets there and his first question is did you order anything ? I explained that yes I ordered and that she said she had either deleted it or lost it. He says well we ain't got it. So I would have to go back thru and order this time. So we left and they will never see me there again. Went to Wendy's right down the road and their ser service was perfect. I suggest everyone bypass this location due to incompetence especially by Management because that's where it started.
Do not go to this McDonald’s if you are in a rush because they will take their time and mess up your order it’s a bunch of kids working there
Worst service ever had in life. Straight lied about freshness of food. Fries like bricks. Burger hard as a brick. Almost like they put whole meal in microwave oven. Piss poor service
For The Flag On The Flagpole I'm Going To Ask And Recommend That The American Flag Gets Removed Permanently And Switched Over To The Red Flag With The Yellow McDonalds M Logo Sign On It Instead For Something Different So It Makes 2 Of Them 1 Small And One Just Half An Inch Or 1 Inch Bigger Because It Represents McDonalds And The Business And I'm Requesting It And Requesting It To Happen
We ordered the Monday Big Mac special. The meat and bread was dry and cold. French fries were cold as well. Service was fast and friendly.
The person taking the order kept telling us to hold on. As we were holding on, she took two cars before us and just left us sitting there. Everybody had an attitude and no one wanted to take ownership of what took place. It was apparent that nobody enjoyed what they were doing. Nobody had the common decency to even apologize for what happened. Everybody was just as dry as a bone.
They were pretty quick when I went this morning to order breakfast for my kids. I was having contractions every 5 minutes and just wanted to drop the food off and head straight to the hospital... I did just that and had my daughter at 8:02 a.m.?? They were very kind as well and I thank them so much for that!!!
Weird. In line waiting to give order and nobody responding, pulled up, told to wait again, and order was wrong. I know it's only McDonald's but come on
Dent service about what you'd expect from fast food food was pretty good but they tend to get the order wrong often but have no issues with fixing it thankfully
Long line. The employees did not wear masks. Food was not good. However, the employees were as professional as they could be as I know they were short-handed as McDonald's pays their employees below minimum wage making it difficult to find dedicated workers.
