I expected better then this from here. This is what our order looked like when we got it. Containers were upside down. There was rice in the bag (we did not even order rice) and the chicken looks like it was dropped and picked back up. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times to talk to the manager and was hung up twice and no answer the other three times. Then I called the number on the receipt and the person said they would email the manager my concerns.
My husband and I ordered steaks, both medium rare. His sirloin was very undercooked, more on the blue rare side, as well as being more fat and gristle than it should have been, and he couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. I let the waitress know, and she kindly removed the steak from our ticket after offering to have it put back on the grill. On the other hand, my NY strip was perfect.

Food came exactly as ordered and the waitress was friendly and attentive. I soooo badly want to give 5 stars but I can't unsee what I saw from the kitchen. We had a table right by the kitchen where I could see the salad station. It seems the servers make the salads, or add fixings to them before taking them out (which was not the issue.) The issue is that I saw multiple servers using their bare hands to add toppings to the salad. GROSS! I have waited tables for many years and I have never seen servers touch menus, dirty plates, dirty cups, masks on their faces, etc. and then use their bare hands to handle food and put it on a plate for others to eat. Use gloves, use spoons or ramekins to scoop toppings and add it to the salad. Please don't use your bare hands on the food as a server!
Great experience! Food and service were both great. David was the manager on duty and we appreciated that he was constantly busy helping all employees. From delivering food out of the kitchen, to running back to get extra condiments etc. We never saw him standing still.
Had not been to a Logans in years. It used to be a favorite spot of mine while traveling.Food was good. Salad was fresh and tasted good.Service was very good. The young lady working the bar area was hustling to get everyone taken care of.There was a bad odor from the bar drains. That syrup and beer poured in the drains was creating a bad smell.
Waitress was excellent. Food was good. Plate was dirty. Had it not been for a dirty plate it would had been 5 stars. However the reason for the higher star is that our waitress Tyler was so pleasant and helpful I couldn't put anything less that 4 Stars. She had an awesome personality. She needs to be training others.
From dry cold rice to steak not up to the par. Disappointed.
Took about an hour and a half to get our food… steaks were not cooked… horrible service do not recommend this place at all!
Family gathering was horrible. Food was cold and steaks were dry. The rolls were good as always but we immediately understood why the restaurant was empty. I honestly feel as though they served us leftovers from a previous day. We will not be returning. Visited on 12/22/2021 @ 8pm.
