Absolute garbage. Ordered online, 45 minute wait, showed up to pick it up and after getting to the register found out they hadn't even started making it. Guy said it'd be 15 minutes. 40 minutes of standing in the sweaty lobby later, order's still not ready. He shrugs and says all they can do is refund the order if I don't want to keep waiting.It was 2 cheese pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 2 crazy bread. They had an hour and a half and still couldn't make it happen. Clown show.
The girl there was very rushed and not listening to my order. So communication was bad. Wait time was outrageous even for online orders. I could see a garbage overflow in the back by the food and clutter. Along with staff dressed unprofessionally. I witnessed multiple people who have been waiting so long they asked for refunds. The owner or some district manager should definitely come and inspect the house.
Deserves a zero star. For starters it took an hour and fifteen minutes for my pizzas. They obviously dont scan your ticket bc the tracker doesn't reflect anything. Waited outside for 45 when I went in to see what's up. They pulled my cheese from the hot and ready....no biggie. Then walked back and grabbed my other. Tracker didn't say it was done?Cheese pizza was missing cheese on half the pie and my other pizza had all the toppings in one corner?????Upon entering you see 2 or 3 people frantically making pizzas and then 4 or 5 others standing around talking or on their phones.Numerous people waiting in lobby to be waited on and no one doing anything.This place desperately needs some leadership.
Waited 15 min then they gave my pizza to someone who came after me. When I ask the cashier was that my pizza going out the door, she said yes we made a mistake. I ask her how long before my pizza would be ready. She said with a sarcastic answer, it will be ready when it comes out of the oven. Terrible customer relations. So with that I ask for my money back.

What happened to this location? They used to be top notch and always on top of their game. Now the portal is always empty. Pre-Orders are never ready when you get there. Nobody is working at the register. The lobby is full of people waiting. There seems to be no such thing as “hot & ready” anymore. The phone is always off the hook so they aren’t taking call in. And they completely ignore online/app ordering. Whoever owns this branch needs to take a look at what is going on here. I know they can do way better than this! Very disappointing.
I have never had this horrible of made pizza in my life never will go here again fire all the works and get new ones that now what there doing and wont to work tbh a frozen pizza would have been better from wal mart
I never leave reviews for food places, but this one was so terrible, I made an exception.I used the app (you know the one they constantly advertise on tv, saying order using the app, pick up at the portal and skip the line!). I ordered my food on the app, paid and it said it would be ready for pickup in the portal in about 35-40 minutes. I head to the store about 30 minutes later, figured if I have to wait a few more minutes when I arrive that’s fine. I walk in and the phone is ringing off the hook. There’s no one at the register. There’s a worker in the back with headphones dancing or something. Finally, a girl comes walking out the back and says “can I help you?” I mention I’m picking up my order in the portal, which is empty. She asks the order number, I show her my phone with the confirmation number and she says “oh it ain’t ready yet. Gonna be about 10 minutes.” I assumed they haven’t even prepared it. I go wait in the car for 10 minutes, return to the store, the phone is still ringing off the hook, no one at the register. I stand there for literally 5-6 minutes before someone returns to the front. She says “oh yeah, it’s gonna be about 10 minutes.” I wait patiently, she finally brings half of my order and says “we’re still waiting on the cheese sticks.” I wait another 5 or so minutes and she finally brings them out. To top this wonderful experience off, I get home and the pizza isn’t even cut lol.This place was absolutely terrible. What’s the point of the portal and the app, if you just have to reorder it when you get there? BTW I couldn’t even imagine using their delivery service they advertise. I’m pretty sure they would arrive an hour late and drive on my lawn. I would rather unclog a gas station restroom toilet with my bare hands then go back here.
Out of pizza, out of crazy bread, overlooked your order, short staffed etc.. Burnt bread, raw under cooked bread.. this place is the definition of horrible customer service and has every excuse in the book! And when they get tired of customer complaints they just leave the phone off the hook so you only get a busy signal!.. I’d rather spend my money at any other pizza place just to save myself the anger and frustration!
Fast Service....Great Food! Crazy Bread is the BEST!
