My daughter and I had an excellent experience at Lit Pizza. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I got the Ultimate Lit Calzone and my daughter had a pepperoni pizza. All in all it was a great pla with good food.
This pizza was so delicious! We ordered the calzones ultimate lit pizza! If you love a lot of cheese and the vegetables, I would highly recommend getting this one. The crust is superb and thin, and I love the crunch when you bit into it! We will be going back soon to try a different pizza. The service was excellent fast and friendly.
The best pizza in lake Charles. Unlimited toppings. One price. Can’t beat it. Ricotta cheese on your pizza will change your life.
The food was alright, and they put my drizzle on my friends pizza as we were telling him it was the wrong pizza, and he didn’t apologize or ask if we wanted to have the pizza remade. The staff barely talks. The manager was the only one you can tell was trying!
Terrible staff and people don’t even talk to you when you stand at the counter waiting for your pizza. Me along with 5 other people standing there. No one said a word to us. If I could give it a half star I would. Pizza is good. People are terrible.

I’m so glad we got a lit pizza in town the pizzas are pretty good. They have a decent list of toppings that are always fresh. If you haven’t had gorgonzola cheese highly recommend absolutely delicious. I would just say order online for in store pickup because they’re usually really busy and only have 2-3 people working so it can take a while. Regardless, they usually hook it up and the pizzas are really filling.

We've have tried Lit Pizza several times and the experience is always the same. They are always understaffed. I had to wait 10 minutes at the register just to pay and there was no one in front of me. Nothing was stocked. There were no straws or napkins. My husband had to dig in cabinets to find straws for us. When we asked for napkins, they disnt know if they had any or where to find them. The pizza is just ok in my opinion. I can get the same quality pizza for much cheaper other places.
Pizza was very good, no napkins and could have used a little cleaning.
