The atmosphere was great and the food is delicious. The portions are large so be prepared. The shrimp fried rice and gumbo was my favorite. I can't wait to visit again!
The food was great. I enjoyed the lobster tails. My mom got the king crab legs. My dad and aunt got the fish basket, one with flounder and one with catfish. It was all delicious.
We looked online for “best seafood in Lake Charles” since we were visiting the Sam’s club there and it was noon. We chose this place because they had lunch specials and we didn’t want to eat too much. Anyway we pulled up and noticed not too many cars but went in anyway. Once in we noticed there were only 4 other people in the restaurant. Normally this would throw up red flags. I am here to tell you it was AWESOME. We both got the fried shrimp basket and the shrimp were huge, very fresh and cooked to perfection. The fries were delicious and the hush puppies cooked to perfection. To top it off the basket came with a small crab salad which was some of the best we’ve ever eaten. We are from the gulf coast so we know fresh seafood. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive . Highly recommend this place. We’ll be going back. The snow crabs looked delicious from a table near us.
If your looking for excellent authentic Cajun boil food look no further! I'm a crawfish fanatic and this restaurant more than fulfilled that craving. We got the family boil meal for $108 which fed all 4 of us grown men to the point of bursting. It's unique in that you get to customize nearly every aspect of it to suit individual preferences from the sauce to the boil to the spice level. It came with a great selection of food like lobster, crawfish, crab legs, sausage, potatoes, corn, shrimp, and hard boiled eggs. Their boil base was on point, spicy but not so much that it overpowered the other savory flavors allowing you to fully enjoy each items unique taste. Place was clean and wait staff friendly. You often read reviews or advertisements lauding a places accolades and "voted best..." etc. yet find sometimes they're more promotional and the your actual experience doesn't quite line up- I can assure you that is not the case here. It lives up to every inch of its excellent reviews, you'll not be disappointed.

Enjoyed the boiled seafood, not quite spicy as expected but "got my hands dirty" good!!Only took pic of the broiled oysters, very good!!Cocktail Lemon Drop Martini- just okay- not very much lemon nor martini taste to it?.Seemed understaffed however, the service was pleasant.
Love the food at this place. Take out is great. Seems I got the short end of the stick dining in though. Most people besides our waitresses section seemed to be have a great time. My wife and I sat for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged by our waitress who told us she will be with us in a minute. After a few minutes of sitting there watching her clearly not care about her job or the people that she was serving we ended up walking out. Sorry to the host that came to try and make up for the waitresses mistakes. I'll be only ordering take out from them from now on.

Hands down the best crab ever. Best waitress ever. FIVE ? shoutout From Canada to Ashley. We will be back and hopefully by that time Ashley is the manager because she ? exceeded my expectations. Food came fresh, fast and she was smiling and polite. A lot of Americans have no idea how far a smile in customer service goes. The food was absolutely amazing. Crab cakes were good, drinks great , cheesecake is no Cheesecake factory but it gets a 7/10.For an understaffed location They did amazing. It can be very hard to smile while understaffed but these staff need to be Respected because they did amazing.
