It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. SOOO OVERCOOKED AND HARD COULDN'T EAT IT AT ALL. BURNT BURNT. WOULD HAVE BROUGHT BACK BUT I WAS TOO ANGRYMOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER AT ANY DOMINOS. SCRATCHING OFF MY TO GO LIST FOR SUREHOPEFULLY THEY WILL READ AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!
Where are these coupon prices they advertise? One topping medium “$6.99” no they wanted 8.99 when you can get a specialty for 9.99…….every single coupon was false advertisement and I’m not even touching on how bad the food shows up…never right, brown lettuce……???
We ordered three pizzas and three or four slices of each pizza were missing cheese on top, it was just dough with light marinara sauce on the pizza. If I could put a picture up i would. Delivery time was great but pizza quality was absolutely awful.
We ordered last night for delivery. While the food was excellent the driver was extremely rude. Not sure what his issue was but the food was great.
HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please go to a different Domino's bc their service is UNPROFESSIONAL and majority of the time their pizza and chicken is half cooked!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars for the Lake St. store.
I tried to order pizza from dominos tonight at 10:16pm on Lake St. In Lake Charles,La and I always order cheesy bread with extra cheese right …the lady (SO TO SAY MANAGER) tells me I can’t get extra cheese then I said I’m sorry I’ve been ordering it like that since last year how come I can’t get extra cheese on it. She then says we’ll they aren’t doing it right then because there’s no way to do that ?. So I proceed to say okay so I can’t get extra cheese on “CHEESY BREAD” she replies WELL YOU CAN GO ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE NOW IM NOT TAKING YOUR ORDER AND HANGS UP IN MY FACE ?. At this point I get made so I call back and ask her for the manager she says “Um I am the manager” so I said well excuse me you don’t have to hang up in my face she says “well you were yelling at me I said ma’am you clearly heard me talking in a regular voice“ then she says well now your yelling at me I said OF COURSE BECAUSE YOU JUST DISRESPECTED AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! because like excuse me the polite thing to say was “I’m sorry” I just can’t ring that up like that or something else polite. When she first answered the phone she sound like she had an attitude already I ignored it!! and tried to continue with my order but she just continued to be rude! IF YOUR HAVING A BAD NIGHT AT WORK OR DEALING WITH YOUR LIFE OUTSIDE OF WORK PLEASE JUST LET SOMEBODY ELSE ANSWER !!!!!
The pizzas always taste good and the delivery drivers are really nice. Love this Dominos!
I ordered over the phone, after the Grestner Memorial Rd store "closed" early.My pizza was ready early and was perfect!The staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciate that.This is the type of pizza place I will order from next time I'm in LC
