Beers are amazing, staff is awesome, atmosphere is fun! All great things to make a perfect brewery and taproom.
Aloha, This has got to be one of my best gems I found when I was in the area. We were just looking for a great micro brew and found this awesome Barn Style place that has one of the best micro beers I have ever had. But on top of that they make their own in house pizzas that are fire roasted and to die for. You will be amazed at how great they are. The barn style is great because it feels so open and they also have an outdoor area in the back and has table and chairs if you enjoy. Please stop by anytime and let me know how it is. I have not been there in so long I miss it.
Absolutely make sure you use the restroom if you're a dude. Not sure how the ladies restroom is, but for men, a beer keg urinal. Really? Talk about creative. A bit smelly though but definitely something I've never seen before. Beer is awesome. As is the whole place. Haven't tried the food yet though.
This was such a cool experience. My brother and I really enjoyed our time at the brewery. The food and brews were top notch. Can’t wait to take my family there next time. For all the parents, it’s very child friendly here.
Nice little brewery. There is tons of parking in front, along the drive and behind the brewery. The entrance is on the south side of the building. When you walk in, the bistro for food orders in to your right. There is a bar in the back left, stairs to upstairs (more seating + restrooms) on the left, bathrooms and gift shop to the back left. There's a large outdoor space on the east side including a big stage and outdoor games. The bar and bistro share the same system so once you start a tab that at one of them, it works for both using your name. If you order food, you'll get a number for your order. Just place it at your table and they'll bring your food to you. They didn't bring napkins or utensils so make sure to grab some if you need them. The amber ale was nice. The fish tacos were pretty messy and difficult to eat. The flavors were alright. Cool little spot. Will definitely be back again.
We can’t say enough good things about the Crying Eagle Brewing Company (CEBC). We were Harvest Hosts guests, and as such, always appreciate a spacious and level parking lot which CEBC had. They also had a full menu to select from but we ordered an incredibly delicious burger and a couple of cold beers, which we enjoyed on their huge outdoor patio/deck while listening to a local acoustic musician. If you find your way to Lake Charles, LA we highly recommend this establishment for all your sleeping/eating/drinking needs.
Came as a Harvest Host guest. The atmosphere seemed lively with trivia night going on. Had the wheat beer which was good but IMO a bit overpriced for the serving size. The Bistro food was OK. The burger with egg could use a bigger bun, but was good. Love the logo! Bought some gifts for people back home. Staff was friendly. Loved the beer keg urinals;) The weather wasn’t that great but the outside patio area looks like a great place to take in some live music. Would recommend to others to stop in and would use as a harvest host again if in the area.
Great beer and really good pub grub. Pizza was outstanding. Facility is beautiful. All breweries should look like this!

I haven't found a beer I truly love from this place. They are okay, but people have different tastes. To each is own. Good atmosphere.
