My names Dustin Boudreaux. I had the worse experience at the CC coffeehouse in Lake Charles! Ive been in general management for over 10 years. I always travel from Orange, Texas to this location. This is the second time I ordered a Super grande mochasippi and I received a grande. The 1st time last week I let it go. This time I came inside and ordered one super grande espresso #22 and a super grande mochasippi. I received one super grande espresso 22 and one grande mochasippi.I brought it up to the staff and she stated looking at the computer I ordered a grande. I said no I never would order a smaller drink. I asked to see the video and audio from the cameras and she told me “none of that matters.” Just to pay for up charge and I did and they remade the drink in a super grande.I can understand being busy. At some point you have to be able to keep conflict resolution skills in mind or at least show some sort of empathy. Miscommunications happen but don’t blame your customers when it wasn’t a fault of there’s and embarrass them in front of people.

Community coffee is great ! Can anyone explain if this is a corporate office or an actual place to drink coffee ? Or both !
