We ordered a burger and a blt and waited over an hour for our food. Asked for our money back after we were told they were having to remake the burger. Absolutely ridiculous!
Eaten in the restaurant before an it was great. Take out is a different story.Nothing is seasoned. Everything was so very bland And no condiments to help.
Yes, definitely the weakest link at the Golden Nugget. Fix it fast. This place takes the experience downhill. Customer service is VERY poor. You know in advance that the wait is going to be super long. The grille area where you get takeout is beyond pathetic. People standing around. A lot of customers looking unhappy. Orders messed up and the list goes on.This time around.. Nearly an hour for 2 grilled cheeses sandwiches and fresh fruit. Yes, only 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. First batch was cold since they waited to bring out a bunch of orders together VS bringing as completed. After I asked for a manager, they said they would redo the order. Girl at checkout said they were put on a “rush” …now 25 minutes later and still no sandwiches. This is ridiculous!
Seating was timely, took a little while to get waited on. Ordered Biscuits and gravy.. Biscuits were like a brick. Could not even cut with my knife. barely any gravy. not edible. husband got french toast which was good and bacon. asked for bacon to be crispy and it was uncooked but he ate it.. I asked for refund. felt totally ignored. while still eating they were asking to take stuff off the table. felt rushed but took 15 min to get billed adjusted.. they also have a quick eats place for to-go and sandwiches and we tried to get beer night before and had 5 people standing there but no one helped.. Completely ignored. Will not eat there again. this place is a horrible reflection of a great hotel.. Need other options. Only place to get breakfast... Guess Starbucks will be my new breakfast spot when visiting.
We came here for breakfast and were kind of disappointed. Our eggs didn't have much flavor and the coffee also lacked flavor as well. The food took a long time and we were about to walk out until we made a comment to the waitress. The service could had been better and the tables were jammed to close to each other. You would think it would be a better spot being inside a casino.
I had never been to this restaurant. Kind of on a spur of the moment, my friends and I dropped by to check it out. We really enjoyed the food and the service...Joseph L was on top of his game! Even though it was a busy time, not once did we have to ask for anything. He came from the back area and served our food.. He was very professional, friendly, and one of the best employees...I will return and ask for Joseph next time. Thank you for all you did to serve my friends and me with such respect and a courteous attitude. We all complimented his service. If the restaurant wasn't so busy, I would have asked to speak to the manager to brag on this employee.
I had the worst experience at Claim Jumper this morning. I ordered the Fullhouse breakfast with pancakes, hash browns, eggs and ham.The pancakes were flat, and under cooked not fluffy , moist or delicious. The hash browns were raw not crispy, crunchy or brown in color. This was my worst breakfast ever.!!! I complained to the manager and she offered me more hash browns but I refused. Several other customers complain about their pancakes to the waitress and she said I’m sorry about your meal. The manager just apologized. This was my experience at Claim Jumper.
My server Zoe was very attentive and did a great job. My steak and shrimp came out fantastic. Great job Claim Jumper!
The Restaurant was closed kinda, the Grille was open and you ordered for both seating areas. We did not like what food the menus we would have eaten.
Went for breakfast- which is served all day- delicious - plenty of options- Darla the hostess was awesome and very accommodating and Charles our server was excellent!!
