Everytime I dine at Cici, their employee name Mr. Alvin is there and he makes sure the tables are cleaned for everyone, he keep everything stocked neat and clean, he finds a table for us when we walk in and I watch him welcome everyone in and makes sure everyone is pleased and comfortable. Excellent leadership, hard worker, and efficient. May God bless you Mr. Alvin for such a kind heart.
This is hands down the BEST CiCis I’ve been to. It was clean, people working professionally, courteous, had fresh food the entire time, bathrooms clean and well stocked. The arcade is top notch. Had the pleasure of speaking with James the owner he was very accommodating, very appreciative of the feedback. I’m blown away by the level of service and the environment of this place. Totally wasn’t expecting this level of satisfaction from a CiCi’s.James keep doing what you’re doing great job!!!
First time trying cici pizza and was not impressed. The pizza was horrible. The atmosphere was alright. They had sports on the TV and kid cartoons. Games were pretty good but kinda pricey.
this experience sucks paid $25 for 2 buffets to get a small drink ,some old pizzas, and raw cinnamon rolls brown ham in the salad it was disgusting
As much as I like cc me and my family go there a lot the only thing I have problems with is that they don’t know how to keep up with the pizza but the pizza is very good we enjoyed we love going and taking my kids so I would say the only thing that we have problem with is that people are not trained well to get the pizza out fast but other than that it is a good place and it’s a good environment for parties and everything else this is not a bad review this is just for saying that I think they need to pay attention more and get more pizzas out when there’s a busy rush
Haven't been here in years. It's all been redone and very nice and clean. Pizza was very good also. The guy walking around cleaning up your table and bringing napkins was also very nice . Will be back soon...

We love all of the changes and updates plus the works there are amazing especially mr Alvin bussing the tables he was absolutely the sweetest soul and was so kind and helpful to everyone!
Went through drive through one day last week. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Got it home. Crust was not toasted and some of the crust was soggy through and through. First time I got a horrible pizza from to Cici's. It'll be a while b4 I go back. Need a while to recover from that one.
Came here for my sons birthday just to let him and friends enjoy the arcade! If you haven’t been to the newly renovated arcade GOOOOOOOO!! It was so nice we had a blast! They have new games all but one was working, it’s spacious and clean. Kayden was working the arcade and he let the kids just run free and have a good time he let them do karaoke ( they have a stage and a whole set up for it) which was the highlight of our trip. We’ll definitely be coming back when we get a chance.
