Food is good most of the time, still best the place to get cheddar peppers. Wait is usually unnecessarily long and they don't open till 10:30 despite it saying 10 on google. The people are semi rude and don't always cook the food the best. The Ryan street church's will always be the better one despite its closing.
Been in this line with over 10 cars in line for over 1 hr 1/2 this is ridiculous .The doors are closed in the lobby .Just because my mom wants only churchs or else i would have left .over 2 hrs total then the dam chicken is soggy as hell .To top it off the cashier on drive through was rude should not be working in customer service .
I placed an online order and when we arrived, it's a drive thru type of store, the line was backed up into the street at 5pm. This means you can't pull in and park. There are 2 spots for online orders to park on the right as you pull in, closest to the street.We went down and parked next door, then walked over but the doors are kept locked so you can't go inside. We knocked and the workers just ignored us, so we went back to the car and waited in the drive thru line.The phone # on the 2 signs for pick up don't match the actual phone number so we didn't know what to do besides wait in line.When we finally got to the order box/menu the lady told us to go park in front of the building and they would bring the order out to us???!?!?!?!So I told her I'd just wait in the drove thru line because the setup of the parking lot makes it impossible to get to the front of the building when they are busy.The lady working the window was very nice and the food was good but still just 3 stars because of all the hassle to get the food.
Food is always good but the workers are super SLOW. Three cars ahead of us and it took 20 minutes to get to place our order.Workers are nice but slow. They had plenty of workers from just the ones we saw.
Always a line and food good and hot very responsible price.

I love Church's Chicken. In that location, and there apple pie are the best in the world. If you go there make sure you order 8 for everyone because noone is going to want to share.
Good food and service, even though the line was lon, but the did a good job, I hope the open the dinning are soon.
