I recommend this location for anyone. The best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant yet. There’s one specific worker I’d like to mention, and that’s Kevin. His customer hospitality is A1 steak sauce, dude definitely deserves a raise. I will be coming back soon and the food was hot and fresh. My family and I were satisfied. Also we didn’t wait long at all. Thanks for the great customer service.
Google said there was a "best or only chicken wings" located inside Chili's. It's online only. We ordered chili's chicken wings, they were ok. Went to check out. Don't like those remote check out devices. You can't see your receipt until after you charge your card. Our waiter said he lost our ticket. Apparently he charged the table behind us with our ticket. It took over 20 minutes to fix. $34 for wings a coke. Very overpriced. At Hooters we had wings with beer and it was only $40. Never return to a chilis.
Service was good once we where seated. Walked in the restaurant was maybe half full with plenty of open tables and booths and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait. We figured it was because they where short staffed, but after talking to the waiter that was not the case. Food was delicious!!!

Terrible, we got moved from one area to another, I had to flag waitress just for her to move us to another booth. The table was dirty in an area where my wife and I was the only ones there for about 20 minutes. A group of 4 was seated next to us an we both received our meals about the same time. We spent over an hour before we received our meals. The group of 4 left before we were finished with our meal. The entrée I ordered was burnt, didn't get a refill. Another group of 2 showed up and received their order not long after we got ours. This is the worst time I have ever had at this Chilli's.
Went to Chili's in Lake Charles, La on May 5, 2022 at 5:34 pm with my sister and our sons. Was seated and waited on by Colleen, that took our appetizer order, drink order and out kids order. My sister and myself was still looking at the menu, Colleen left and proceeded to fix drinks behind the bar. We had to flag her down behind the bar to come and even take our order 20 minutes later. She came and finally took our order and I asked for my drink that I never received once again, when I initially ordered it when we arrived. Once the appetizer arrived the eggs rolls was cold, which I overlooked. Our sons food finally came out after 30 minutes, which my son had mac and cheese and fries, the Mac and cheese was dried out and had something black on it. Colleen never came back to our table the rest of the time we were there, she proceeded to ignore our table and the table behind us. She stayed behind the bar entertaining coworkers that I assumed to be off the clock.After a hour of waiting we still didn't receive any service at our table nor our food. My sister had to flag down Caleb who was another waiter standing at the bar conversating with Colleen behind the bar who was supposed to be waiting on our table in the first place for a refill on her drink. Caleb asked with an attitude like my sister was bothering him what kind of drink she had, came and threw the drink on the table. We asked for the manager, who showed up 10 minutes later, his name is Jeremy, to tell him about the situation, he didn't apologize for anything, but proceeded to bring our checks. I ended up not even wanting my food, which never arrived in the first place.We asked for the corporate number, but instead he gave us an employee relations number. We had to call that number to get the real cooperate number. As being apart of the service industry for 15 years and management for 8 years, this was completely unacceptable. Not one time did we get an apology or how the service could be corrected, but only got she was busy. That's unacceptable, you don't handle business like this, it is completely unacceptable all the way around. I don't care how busy you are. I understand people have bad days, but for the waiter to completely ignore us and the table behind us was unacceptable. I give y'all a thumbs all the way down, y'all really need to train the people at this location on customer service!!
Good food, quick service. Ordered through curbside and was greeted not too long after arrived. Ordered late at night as their hours accommodate. All was accurate and warm, would recommend if looking to get chilis.
Absolutely horrible. I walk in and no one is up front to seat me. I walk to the “to go” area to try and get seated or acknowledge with zero success. I walk back up front, see a young lady and asked her if I sat myself, she said that she would go find a hostess. I wanted 5 more minutes and decided this was unacceptable. I visit LC one week of each month for work and I can guarantee this Chilis will never get a dime.
I love chilis and I haven’t been this disappointed in a restaurant experience in a while.After an hour wait for my food I asked if my burger was ready. Her response, “oh I thought they brought it to you.” Clearly not…. Since I had no food in front of me. The company I was with ordered 20 mins after me and got their food first which prompted me to ask where mine was. I ordered as soon as I walked in to ensure I got my food in time to get back to work.They forgot my food under the heat lamp and dried out my bun for my burger. I asked for a new bun. They just brought me a bun without being grilled like it should have been.The quesadillas the rest of the table received were dry as well.It was just all around not a good experience.
We normally order delivery through chilis website, but it never fells when we receive our order items are always missing. We always call the restaurant and speak to a representative, but the customer service they offer is nowhere near satisfying. I had the same issue even when I decide to pick up my on food curbside.
