Obligatory 3 stars, but this was the worst Chick Fil A. We got the alert our food was ready and then, 10 minutes later, actually got our food. I’ve been to busier Chick Fil As with lest staff and gotten quicker service. The staff, as always, were delightful. Overall, took forever. Avoid during the 2pm hour.
First of all I never have issues with chick fil a. Today, I ordered my lunch for work and I got a notification saying there was an issue with my order. So I called and they said the charge would return to my card, but they went ahead and pushed the order through as a comp because I was the last delivery of the day. As always, they went above and beyond to satisfy. And of course it tasted amazing too!
Always great food & service but the lines go into the road and sometimes.I see lots of customers screaming at the employees. They are just trying to do their job. Thank all of you that are so kind and sweet.
Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS popular. That's because the food is always good, and their employees are always friendly. I've been to their restaurants all over the southern US, and they are consistently good.
Girlfriend spent $20 for food to be delivered . She sent address of where food was to be delivered . Food went somewhere else and girlfriend never got food . Chick-fil -A would not correct the “glitch” and told my girlfriend that if she wanted to eat she had to pay again . For the price of some chicken tenders and waffle fries you have lost people who will order from your store anymore ..
Wow these people are so organized. I haven’t eaten there yet in five years because the line is always so long. But I was definitely surprised how quick it all went. And my salad was the best fast food salad.
Im an out of towner and was very disappointed w the food here and that never happens. The chicken sandwiches were very small on the bun. Like there was more bun then chicken. Usually the chicken is going off the buns. My mom was not satisfied w her #1 combo sandwich at all, made her not want to return. Fries and nuggets were good, just very dissatisfied w the sandwiches. Also the young girl taking our order did not greet us, she just walked up to the car and asked for a name till my sister started ordering. Back home they greet you and ask for a name and what can we get you.
Unlike other locations. Drive through was a complete mess due to one worker. We sat in line forever, just to get around the building. As we finally made it to the order canopy we realized that one worker, in particular, was taking her time visiting with customers. Another lady was working the other side and would have to walk around the building to collect orders. The one talking would handle one car while the other handled 5-6 (or more).Unfortunately we picked her line and when we pulled in she wanted to tuck the tablet under her arm and have a long conversation. While this is typically an admirable trait, the line was literally wrapped around the building out in the street. We pushed her to take our order so we could get out of the congestion.Pulled around where a guy was running food. He assured us he had put sauces in our bags himself... he had not. He also had a single truck waiting at the window for food. Didn't park the truck, just let it set there holding up the massive line.Overall, not what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. I rarely eat Chick-fil-A because of the crowds. Howver, I have to admit it's normally a quick'ish process. This location has employees throwing a massive wrench in the works.
Drive-thru lines were long ~ but fast moving. Food was hot and good, as usual. The Sprite soda had no syrup, only carbonated water. I had already reached my destination before realizing, so I called the store to inform. The manager placed me in their order system to receive a replacement soda at my next visit. Will I visit Chick~fil~A & order again? Yes, of course.
Upon entering the drive through line I encountered a young lady by the name of McKenzie. She was very pleasant and proficient at her job. I was very impressed with her professionalism. And with a smile on her face.Thank you, Phyllis SmithVisit was around 5:00 - 5:20 pmNelson Road , Lake Charles, LA
