This restaurant is trash. The people had us waiting for more than 20 minutes while they stood around making us dehydrate and starve.Sabrina is the best for helping us otherthan them lazy people who sat there letting us starve and dehydrate.

Sad to see the decline in this place. If you’re looking for an enjoyable place to dine Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Always a good time with great food, and drinks. The staff there is phenomenal! They are dedicated to their customer needs. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

On Sunday evening 4/10/22, we had a pretty large to go order that was incorrect. I called the restaurant and had a very pleasant conversation with the male manager. I don’t recall his name, but he made a bad experience into a great experience!!! He was very professional, apologetic, and rushed to correct our order. I understand everyone is understaffed and we all make mistakes. I am very impressed on how amazing the situation was handled.

So, my family and I have enjoyed Casa Manana for years. We decided to go for the first time in a while the other day. We ordered a large cheese dip, and our waitress gave us a small by mistake. Not a big deal. We asked her about it and she apologized and got us a large. However, then she said she had to take the small cheese dip we’d been using back to the kitchen since we now had the correct size. We found this super weird since it’ll just be thrown away, and it wasn’t our mistake. Food was good, though! Get the quesadillas!

Much improvement from a few years ago on the food. This place was a favorite place to eat when I first moved here in 1997 and we quit going because the food had really gone downhill. Good job getting it back up there. Glad I gave it another shot.I’m on a very limited diet and can’t have grains, sugar, fried foods, rice, potatoes. The staff has both been patient and accommodating with getting what I needed. I had grilled chicken and shrimp with vegetables, beans and a salad with olive oil and a water with lemon. It was very good and prompted another visit.

I've been to Casa Manana a countless number of times over the years. Certain items on the menu can be hit or miss. The fajitas are always excellent. The chips and salsa are consistently great, and the same goes for their margaritas. Service-wise, I would say is, above-average. But we have had a number of many great servers over the years.

Who doesn’t love Tex-Mex?! I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid. As I now live Midwest and in my 30’s, a little nostalgia for my tastebuds. My server, Linda believe was beyond exceptional and very knowledgeable of the menu. I had a chance to talk to one of the managers, Shane who was beyond professional. He even recommended two of the best things I’ve had The house margarita, and a fried tamale. (Off the menu) I’m going to call that Shane’s fried tamales. Don’t spend your money on the top shelf Margarita, I promise you,go with the house margarita. Maybe a mango flavor.Nice to know that this place is still around and doing great. If you’re ever in Lake Charles visiting, make sure you try Shane’s fried tamale, the super secret off menu item.

I love real authentic Mexican food and I love Tex-Mex. Back in 2006 my hubby and I went there for the first time. Not his first time...mine. I had told him I was wanting some good Tex-Mex and he took me there. He didn't know better and for some odd reason it gets voted the best Mexican restaurant in Lake Charles year after year. I honestly think they pay soneone for that "honor." Their hot sauce is just ok (I have seriously left restaurants with bad salsa/hot sauce), but their queso was even worse. BTW, didn't think you could screw up a cheese enchilada dinner. Um, I'm here to tell you that it can be done. I sent my food back and grabbed a hamburger on the way home.Flash forward 10 years later. They are still getting voted the best in the area. Again, someone is getting paid off for this title. However, I decided to give them another shot. So hubby and I went again. I don't know how it is possible, but it was worse than the first time.Even if the food was free, I wouldn't go back. Truly the worst I've ever had and I have had a lot over the years.

Dusty is the best bartender. His service is impeccable. The best service you will receive at Casa Manana, hands down. 10 out of 10.
