Started with chips and salsa (at a cost of $4.95), as a Mexican Restaurant whereat all Mexican Restaurants usually give you the salsa and chips at no charge. Disappointed from someone who owns many restaurants.
Fun atmosphere, great food & service, will definitely be back!
Good food, not great service. Still tipped pretty good then later in evening received text from Cadillac to clarify my tip. Turns out server changed my credit card slip to reflect 50 dollar tip more than I indicated. Cadillac said they were going to look into their surveillance . Just reopened in Lake Charles so assuming they have to weed through the bad apples of employees.
Hostess was unprofessional...when asked if we could move our reservations up 30 minutes from 6:15 to 5:45pm on Sunday she went into an unnecessary explanation of why that was not possible. When we asked if we could sit at the bar and wait she firmly replied she could not seat us early, but thankfully the bartender heard and said we can sit anywhere you like at the bar. I would have left and cancelled my reservation if not for the bartender. Bar service food and drinks were great. When we were sat for our 6:15 reservation it was in the bar area and not in the dining area, so that was irritating to deal with all the noise and tvs. We ordered enchiladas al carbon however requested one without onion and gravy and the other without onions and both were cold. We did not send back however unhappy with meal.
We made reservations so we were seated promtly and then took a bit to get waited on but the view was good... we had our drinks served in plastic cups, with no explination. Later when we had waited for refills for about 10 min and asked for the larger glasses that everyone else had. She said that they had been being washed... totally understand that happens. But explain it and get them out ASAP. OTHERWISE WAS GREAT
Should not be open as they are not ready for business.

Super slow service, wait staff is not on point at all. Made a reservation for inside was seated outside.
First day back open. Bar extremely slow. Took almost an hour to get our drinks.
The restaurant didn’t exist. Somehow we we able to make an open table reservation to a phantom, non existent restaurant. The management, of the other restaurants , who we were told by hotel management were the responsible party (claim jumper and bills burger) would not even apologize for us being able to make a reservation for a non existent restaurant.
