We had a great waitress named Aly!! The food was very fresh and better than Beaumont, TX location. We got the grilled chicken wrap with wedges, celery and carrots and even the fruit was fresh!!Also, I think this location moved right up the street closer to the intersection. Maps hasn't updated the location yet.
I just recently moved back to lake Charles area. I came and checked out the new Buffulo wild wings location. It was a wonderful atmosphere. Drinks and food were very good. Braelon was our server tonight and he gave such great service, very pleasant experience. All around 10/10!!
This was the first time we've ever had to leave a restaurant due to the ridiculously long wait for our food. We waited over an hour just for the waitress to come over and say she doesn't know what's going on in the kitchen and she's not sure how much longer before our food is ready. Not once did the manager come over to offer any apologies or comp the one soda we ordered.We visit Buffalo Wild Wings often but will definitely never return to this location.
My family and I visited here for a night of drinks and a fun appetizer. They sat us at a rather small table at first. They gladly accommodated us when we asked to switch to a booth. Even at a busy hour.?Drinks and food were bomb. So was the atmosphere. ?

I came to your Lake Charles LA location from Houston TX as I was visiting the Casino. Lucky me I won a big amount. Our waitress has given us exceptional service. If you look at the whole restaurant her tables are all full of Ultimate Nachos. She was offering the app to everyone. She was constant, fast and friendly and the hardest working of all waitstaff. Just wanted her to get a corporate recognition of possible. We tipped her very well. Her name is Marix

Shout out to our server Camryn who was absolutely amazing!! I could tell they were short staffed but she still kept up with our drinks and had a smile on her face the whole time. We had 9 at our table including a one year old and she was super helpful and understanding when it came to my son. If you see this, thanks boo!! Atmosphere and food were great as well; better than the ones I’ve been to before. Definitely coming back!

I showed up for an early dinner on 3-2-22 and was greeted with a great waitress with an awesome smile. Megan helped me decide on the cheese curd bacon burger and it was a great choice. I would suggest next time you are in the area you ask for Megan and I hope you agree she is great! I hope to see her again next week.
