A couple flavors didn't work , a couple were blank. I tipped even though we were ignored when we first walked in. Guy was cleaning so it's understandable to a degree but we were literally the only people inside and he was wearing ear buds. Just turn around for a split second and offer us cups , (which weren't accessible to us) otherwise why should I tip. Clean for sure. And like most yogurt places pretty expensive almost 40 plus tip for 3 people. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and it was super tasty. I'd take the kids again.
The place is definitely Instagram-able! The flavor combinations is everything you should expect. Bright, vibrant, pungent, and impactful flavors or frozen yogurt. It’s a clean place with witty and cool staff members. Definitely worth the price and vist. What are you waiting for ? Head there now !!!!!
I don't normally like to complain, and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, however, an employee wiped the machines with the same towel they wiped the floor with. Very unhealthy. We probably won't be back.
Always great refreshing flavors
Walked in bc I was interested in ice cream/yogurt only to be told I couldn’t try a flavor I was unfamiliar with. I asked for a sample cup and he told me they were out. I then went and asked for a spoon and was told No once again bc his manager doesn’t allow it.I was going to make a purchase but I wanted to be sure I liked that graham cracker flavor. Kinda bummed that I have to go get ice cream from somewhere else bc of poor customer service.
Come on, how can you not like this place. Variety of flavors. I skip the toppings.. reduce the weight, reduce the cost and enjoy the poor flavor they worked so hard for.
Wanted to take away, told to fill a 'paper cup' with yummy goodness and job done. Asked if they had lids for the containers and told no they were out of them. So didn't bother getting yummy stuff. Shame but for a shop that obviously caters to a large takeaway clientele, an unforgivable omission.
I don't have an affinity for sweet things but this was pretty great, fun for a date with the kids for sure. The staff is very well mannered and helpful too, outside and inside seating. Be careful in the parking lot, it's a tight space and traffic just outside is usually hectic.
