This location is always hospitable and the food is prepared well everytime I've gone. I've even visited around 4am before and they had excellent customer service.
I only gave it one star because I had to...just went through the drive thru and was told we could only order #7 and above bc apparently someone didn't order large patties ..placed the order and felt like the girl was confused had her read it back to us and get home and it's wrong....incompetence all the way around!!
Friendly staff. Reasonably priced menu. Conveniently located. Service wasn't the greatest during my visit. Overall, it was an okay experience.

This was the worst experience from respect level I have encountered in a while. First, they should close the dine in and be drive Thur only if you will have half an hour to wait while u watch the drive Thur line fill up and clear out 3to4 times only to have the manager there say the he waiting on tenders just drop and when I got them the orders were not fresh like I wish I could leave no star. I never go back there again that's for sure I'll just hit taco bell ?
Always love Whataburger! We live out of state so visiting this burger joint is always good.
Honestly, I had never had the chance to try Whataburger before. I know, crazy. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my food here. Although the length of time I have had to wait at my now two experiences with Whataburger have been lengthy, one was about 10 minutes in the drive thru and the other was curbside pickup and took about 40 from the time of order, the crispiness of their fries and hot fresh burgers have made it worth that wait. I must admit I am not a fan of their onion rings and do suggest they get new product. As for the employees I was happy to see everyone working hard and be fast and courteous to the guests. Overall excellent job to the Lafayette Whataburgers.
As usual the food was hot and tasty. Staff was very friendly.That Strawberry shake is off the chain!!?❤
We don't have a Whataburger in our small rural town. This was our first experience and it was wonderful! Employees were very nice and professional.
