The person at the register was very pleasant. But compared to my other Whataburger experiences, this one fell short. All the fries seemed like just bits and pieces. The tomatoes and pickles were stacked on one side of the burger instead of being spread out. I paid for two pieces of cheese and only got one. Normally when given my order, I have been asked if I wanted condiments. That didn't happen. Had I not been on the road, I would have gone back to speak with the manager.
This was the very first Whataburger myself or anyone in my family had ever been to, and WOW!! The first experience we had there put Whataburger into my top three for fast food burger restaurants.The food was made fast and fresh and tasted great. It was so good in fact that we came back for breakfast the following morning and were impressed with that too!I also want to take a moment to commend both the morning and night crews that were working. Everyone was super nice and they were constantly cleaning the tables and floors while we were there. My family and I travel a lot for vacations and this particular restuarant was probably the cleanest fast food restaurant we've ever been too.Keep up the great work!!
First time at Whataburger. The experience was great. Super friendly staff, burgers are GREAT compared to other fast food restaurants. Fries are awesome. Only complaint is the buns. I would prefer sesame or more variety. But other than that it's worth it and I recommend Whataburger.
pretty good food, service was a lil slow but it was Friday night and kinda busy, staff was pretty friendly also. Prices were high as giraffe nuts but everything is nowadays. Overall a decent experience.
My mom, Brother and girlfriend are on the road to Houston from Atlanta, We stopped at this whataburger. We wanted to do a survey with our receipt however we accidentally threw it away. The staff was super sweet. The food took a bit of time but the manager Glen took care of us the minute we walked in. His energy was amazing and set the mood for us to enjoy our experience. He also was telling us jokes. It made the stop worth it. Def recommend this whataburger.
Seriously people lighten up! If truly listened to all of the "Karens" reviews, I wouldn't leave the house because everything is so terrible and the sky is falling. Thankfully I'm not a part of the sheeple family and can make my own decisions.I was there late and the folks were more than accommodating! There was nothing wrong with the food, bathrooms were not disgusting, people were friendly and place was clean! People don't understand that by leaving a bad review it can tank a buisness and kill jobs! So don't believe everything that you read! Whataburger was just fine. Enjoy!

Staff was extremely friendly however I got a big breakfast to go for my husband and once we were on the road and he opened his breakfast he found the sausage had a bite taken out of it prior to being placed in the container. Needless to say we were disappointed and still hungry.
ive from texas, land of whataburger loli have to give it up to this location, best breakfast taquitos of all Lafayette chains. never skimp on the fillings and always tasty. nice employees too
