Ignorant, ordered three all star breakfasts. When the food got to me, I had just one biscuit in 3 big separate containers. They don’t answer the phone for one and also tipped the girl. What a waste.
Extremely slow service. Eggs n has browns came out 15 minutes before my waffle.

We usually go to the University location as it’s our favorite. But we decided to try a different one. The manager or assistant manager (I don’t know, no name tags.) was quite rude to their employees.I had to wipe down our own area. There was left over drinks. Syrup caked to the table top.We didn’t receive our drinks until after our food was served. Our waffles were served cold as they sat in front of us behind the bar. No follow up with how the food was/is. The check was just laid on the table. No communication. I’m sorry for the inconvenience?The food was great though. The lack of customer service is what gives this a 3 star review. It’s a struggle bus for sure.
The lady behind the counter wassuper awesome and You could tell she was a kind soul! I didn't catch her name but she sure made the experience a good one!
Went late on a Saturday night, got seated promptly and restaurant was clean, service was good and knowledgeable. The place Got packed right as we were leaving. Took a long time to get checked out is only reason they get 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall good location to eat at
After having a terrible experience at the university location, we got in contact with the area supervisor about the issue and came to this location. They comped our meal after the bad service at the other location. The pinhook location was amazing. We were greeted upon walking in and they took great care of us. The orders were made perfectly and in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to come to this location over the other ones in lafayette. Thank you for taking care of us!
Staff did not want to work. Left tables dirty to avoid sitting and serving new customers. Drove to Mel's diner
This place was filthy. Floors are not clean. There was mold on dish racks. Health department needs to have a surprise visit right now. My husband literally just left this place. Managers need to be making sure staff is cleaning correctly. First time ever going into a Waffle House that’s so nasty.
Walked in and sat down for 10minz at countertop and no one of the 5 employees there greeted or even acknowledged I was there. Walked out and won't be going back
