My favorite is the dragon fruit smoothie, I just wish it would be in stock/season all year around.
I have to say this location exceeds expectations of service as well as food and smoothie quality. I can just tell that the here take much pride in what they do! Thank you for the delicious food, smoothie, and service!
Their quality of food is so inconsistent. Today I order the Smoky Grilled Cheese. I was really looking forward to it as I’d had it at their Carencro location once and it was delicious. It’s supposed to come with mozzarella, American cheese, bacon, and tomato spread on toasted sourdough bread. What I got today was completely incomparable and sad, and I can’t believe they made me pay full price and wait an extra ten minutes for what was just two end breads that I’m not even sur
I can get food quicker at a steakhouse.I was stuck in the car line for 45 minutes. This is the Ambassador location.
One of the few places you can get a quick filling vegan meal affordably! Highly recommend. Place was very clean and in person customer service was friendly :)
Everything is fresh and they don’t add anything extra unless you specify. All of the ingredients listed are what’s in the food and smoothies. The customer service is always fantastic. They bring your order to whatever table you seat yourself. Also there is a drive-thru for your convenience.
I just ordered my regular quesadilla and smoothie combo via the app, and saw that there was an option to add sour cream, so I added to my order for an additional $.49. When I got home and opened my food, there was no sour cream. I called the location to let them know about their error as I’ve done in the past when my order was off. This is simply done to make them aware and possibly address it with their staff to avoid future hiccups from occurring. However, I was rudely told, “We don’t have sour cream,” in response to my order. Therefore, I pointed out that adding sour cream was an option via the app just in case they were inclined to look into removing the option — especially since it’s charging people extra. I was met with silence, followed by uncontrollable laughter before he hung up. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. In fact, I get Tropical Smoothie rewards 2 to 3 times a month because of how much I frequent the business, but that was the boldest and rudest behavior I’ve encountered this far.
