My wife really liked the Ground Patti by UL campus. We would drive past the other one in town. This was the first time under new ownership. The burgers were not fit for consumption. We were 5 people and none of us finished our food. Waitress was totally oblivious to the fact our plates were still full of food. Sorry, I wish I had better things to say. We will miss the Old Ground Patti.

Sign of the times. Haven't eaten here in about a year, the location isn't as convenient as it used to be. While they have renovated, everything else has downsized. Got my usual grilled chicken with cheese. The chicken is half the size and you couldn't find the cheese. Back in day the chicken hung over the bun and you had enough cheese for two sandwiches and your fries. Today the fries were burnt to crisp. A shame to good restaurant.
Very disappointed. The hamburger patties had no seasoning and the fries looked like and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Not at all what it used to be.

I was not happy with my burger. No seasoning, taste like a frozen Patti and I'm not a fan of putting my own condiments on my burger in a restaurant. Service is great.
