For the price, this is one of my favorite places to eat. I've never had a bad steak. The salad always fresh. I love their feature letting you know the wait time and reserving a table ahead of time.
I don't know why people line up to go here. Yesterday we decided to go here for dinner instead of our original plan of Outback, because we were at the mall the location is sooner. We arrived just after 4:30 and were seated right away (already a good sign), sat down, ordered drinks and then about 10/15 minutes later ordered our dinner. After a while I started to notice we had been waiting almost 30 minutes for our dinner. We didn't even receive our salads until probably 35/40 minutes after we ordered, and the Cesar salad was nothing special. At 5:35 we finally received our dinner which was not piping hot. It was warm, but not hot. Luckily my steak was delicious but I don't see us returning. If you don't want to wait hours to eat here, don't come. Either they are understaffed or they forgot about our table. If they are understaffed they shouldn't be seating as many tables as they do.With that being said, I still don't know why people are lined up for 2 hours outside this place every evening when I drive by.
Good food if you can make it in the door. We always have issues with getting a table. But, once your in, the servers are great. CHRIS was our server and was very professional and personable. We enjoyed his recommendations. He was great.
It's been a long time since I've eaten inside Texas Roadhouse but tonight I thought why not. This place is always packed but it's well worth the wait! Service was awesome, our service Brice was on top of everything. Can't beat a great steak and a good drink.
Every Sunday, I like to take myself out to dinner. Just by myself so I can reflect on the week and prepare for the upcoming week. I chose TRH this Sunday and it was amazing. My server was Lea and she was super sweet and attentive. She made sure I had everything I wanted and more. I did have to send my steak back because I wanted Medium Well and the first one was more Medium Rare but that was an easy fix. Lea took it and the manager brought it back just to ensure it was how I wanted it. Great service and great food!

I moved to Lafayette seven years ago. Today was my first time visiting with my family. The service was extremely excellent. No wait time we were seated as soon as we walked in (thanks to the app). It was six of us, the food cooked to perfection. Steaks,grilled shrimp, etc Delicious ?. Also Thanks to the manager he walk to every table and spoke to the customers. I felt very welcomed. The staff all so friendly. Thank you all.
We went here for dinner this evening and had a wonderful experience. The hostess was very friendly when we walked in. We sat at the barn and Miki waited on us. She was outgoing and attentive. A manager brought out our meal and he was friendly. It was nice going somewhere that actually provided customer service. These days that doesn't seem to be something that restaurants have been providing. Well done!
This place is so busy and have a great atmosphere. 90 minutes wait for a table.. steaks were dry and overcooked. At that point we just wanted to eat and leave so we ate what we could and left the place. Might give it another try when its less crowded. Prices are reasonable. And the bread is delicious
