I love the food the service but people at the 1 on Johnston can look neater serving food
Two people took my order and constantly made me repeat items.Charged me for a steak quesadilla, 2 baha blasts, nachos and a black bean crunch wrapOnly received one drink and gave us a beef crunch wrap that made my vegetarian husband vomit when he ate it.Never going back. Horrible service.
Whoever was making the food last night 05/20 really needs to reconsider their job. Me and my friends all got food and every single one of us was all disappointed. My chicken chipotle melt only had like 4 pieces of chicken and it fell apart after picking it up, was not impressed with the quality of our food and the drive through worker had a horrible attitude.
Amazing menu, I just found out the amount of pages of menus they have!Also I recommend the green drink if yall know what it is
It's not great, hardly good, but okay when a hungry friend wants to pay for free soft tacos after a night out at the Festival. Edible not enticing.
Hottest burrito could have had more heat, but was very flavorful as it was.

This location has been consistently bad for the past 6 months. They mess up my order legitimately every time I go (probably the past 10 times I have been there) . They Always forget things/ give me the wrong food/ ignore my request to remove an ingredient. They also have a bad attitude when I point it out, and in general.
Not sure when it happened but it did. Last night I went to this location and everything was on point! Asked for extra lettuce, got an even amount of all 5 tacos. Asked for at least 2 mild packets per taco, guess what we got more than 10, which is more than what I needed but perfect. Finally, the cinnabons we're so delicious that I couldn't eat just one out if the dozen ordered - nope I ate like 6 and my Great Uncle snagged the rest. Bravo, TB... BRAVO...
This Taco Bell has never been great, but the service is horrible now. I had to repeat my order five times at the speaker. When I drove up to the window and asked a question, I was glared at. When I handed over my money, cashier took her phone out and started typing. Was she using the calculator or was she texting? Who knows. I had to ask for sauce. Again: glared at. The bean burritos I ordered had so few beans, the folded tortillas were flat. A waste of time and money.
