Me and my husband love the other Ambassador location, so we decided to try this one. We were very disappointed. The store was not well kept, lights blinking & very dingey. The portions are also very small, about half the amount of toppings we get at other locations.We skipped on getting the meal with our sandwichs because the drink machine looked very dirty.Even though this location is closer to our house, we will be making the drive to the other locations from now on.
Just stopped and got a foot long on white bread. Bread was not fresh. So crunchy I threw away a piece of the bread. There is an oven on site and yet the bread is not baked fresh.
Staff member not trained properly, made a mistake, and then had a bad attitude toward the customer. Disappointing experience at an overpriced sandwich shop.

There was no line on Saturday at noon so I had instant service. The 6” Chicken breast on 9 grain whole wheat was customized with fresh spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers. The home mustard dressing was sweet and made it good and moist. I enjoyed the baked potato chips and Huberts lemonade.
